Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival 80% is refunded.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
