The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 100 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
