The 1st floor features one bedroom with a king-size bed and 1-full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living - dining area, plus a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with a king-size bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer - dryer. This vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Now with WIFI.
Snowater is a gated community positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash - racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ - picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, approximately 2-hours north of Seattle, WA and 1.5-hours south of Vancouver, B.C.
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
