The open dining - living areas are adjacent, and feature a dining table with bench seating, a sectional sofa, a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a covered walk-out balcony with a territorial view...Perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage. There's also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a newly remodeled 3 - 4-bath, a laundry cubby with a full-sized washer - dryer, and a side entrance that accesses a large platform deck with a gas grill, a large picnic table, and a covered outdoor HOT TUB. Ascending the staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals a small landing, a sitting area - study, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath. This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)
Snowline is a gated community located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round.
WIFI service is provided free of charge for Guests use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the free WIFI service fails to function properly.

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
