The 1st floor includes an open country kitchen and a living - dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a 3 - 4-bath, and a separate laundry area. The 2nd floor includes one large bedroom with 2-queen beds and a walk out balcony. A second divided sleeping area includes 1-set of bunk beds on each side of the divider...Great for kids. This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowline is a gated community located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
