Stepping inside, you’ll be delighted with the brand- new composite woodflooring, the fully equipped kitchen with new cabinetry, a wraparound counter,(great for food prep) all new higher-end stainless appliances including abuilt-in microwave and a dishwasher, an open and airy living/dining area with anew freestanding wood fireplace, (firewood provided) a remodeled full bath, onebedroom with 1-king sized sleigh bed, and a laundry/mud room with a newfull-size stack washer/dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floorreveals an open loft bonus room with a large and comfy sectional couch and aflat-screen monitor, one bedroom with a 1-twin over full-sized bunk bed, andanother bedroom with 1-set of regular-sized bunks. A separate ½-bath can beprivately accessed from either bedroom. A private outdoor hot tub islocated just steps away from the back door, and an outdoor gas grill is locatedon the front deck. If you’ve previously stayed in this cabin…you’re goingto be blown away by all of the updates! Don’t forget Fido…thispet-friendly (two pet maximum…no exceptions), WIFI equipped, and monitoredfamily vacation property will sleep up to 7-persons (ENFORCED MaximumOccupancy!).
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-roundplayground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountainclimbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river),small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, andgolf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget yourcamera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round
NOTE: WIFI service is providedFREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currentlysubject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialingeverything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that isbeyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if theFREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 23 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
