Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 90 or more days prior to arrival) At the time of payment, the current exchange rate will apply. Discuss with owner. Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. A guest must request this optional service. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.
