Two master bedrooms features 1 king beds and 1 California king bed the third bedroom has two twins and 1 queen. The expansive deep pool and pool deck with shaded entertaining and dining areas embrace open-air Caribbean living. Pour yourself a refreshing tropical drink and sit poolside with views to Buck Island. Grill on the gas BB-Q, dine under the stars, or create flavorful dishes in the open gourmet kitchen (a chef's dream!) with 4-burner professional gas range and new stainless steel appliances. Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Discover Card, Cash, Venmo
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Security or Damage Deposit
A $500 refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in. Young & large groups may be subject to a larger security deposit.. An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 500.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Keyless entry code is provided after full payment.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 17 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. The pool can be accessed directly from the house without a door alarm. There is no life guard on duty.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Parking
Parking is free.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels are supplied. 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.
Air Conditioning & Fees
Air Conditioning is included in the rent The air conditioned rooms include the bedrooms and Living Room. Excessive use will be charge for by deducting the cost from the security deposit.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Proof of age may be required for all guests.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
