Spring Break Skiing We have been spending spring break in Vail for the last 12 years and have always stayed At Ptarmigan Townhomes. The proximity to the bus stop and Lionshead is fantastic. The condo has plenty of sleeping space and three full bathrooms which worked well with our group. We cooked dinner a couple of nights and the kitchen is stocked with enough pans and other tools/utensils to cook. We had great luck with the managment checking in and dropped the key in the box on our way out of town early. We will certainly continue to stay here when we return.

Convenient location Cozy townhouse with everything you need. Small kitchen fully stocked, laundry room, dining room for 6-8, small living room with working wood fireplace. Scenic snowy tree view out the living room windows. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full baths upstairs, 1 full bath downstairs. Plus a true open loft complete with ladder to climb up and low roof space but functional and comfy. 1 parking space in front of house. We drove rental car between Beaver Creek and Vail taking advantage of free 3-hour parking garages in Vail and $10 daily parking in Beaver Creek. Shopping center right across the street super convenient!

Ptarmigan 18 - ski vacation Excellent location, bus stop just a few steps of the door, very comfortable. We had some issues with the water heater and internet, but both issues were solved in a timely manner by the staff, which was very friendly and helpful. Great space overall.

This is a great home with 3 bedrooms and the loft making a 4th bedroom, 3 bathrooms. Access to the comunity hot tub year round and the pool in the summer months. The house sets just back from the Gore Creek, great fly fishing. 2 miles from Lionshead.. This is a lovely town home in West Vail on the creek. It has 1 342 square feet of living space and can sleep up to 8 people in the 3 bedrooms + loft. It is 3 miles from Vail village and 2 from Lionshead and on the free ski bus route - the bus stop is only 30 yards from the house. The town home is gold rated, with a wood burning fireplace in the lounge. Wood will be provided in the winter. There is an enclosed hot tub for year round use and a swimming pool for the lovely summer months. This is a super rental to stay for your next vacation.This property does not allow any pets. You are also right near to all the shops and restaurants that West Vail has to offer, a very convenient location. This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING.
