For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 0 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
