Our only split level unit features a unique design - with one bedroom opening to the ocean downstairs and one loft bedroom within upstairs. A large kitchen and dining table, plus a lovely living area have been tastefully furnished. The living room and one bedroom have large balconies opening to the ocean, where you can enjoy the inimitable view of Los Muertos Beach and the amazing sunsets over Banderas Bay. The condo offers 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the second story.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
