What an amazing property! This 22nd floor condo was quiet, immaculate and very inviting. The oversized tub was the perfect place for this seal to end the busy days and the enormous pool, the perfect way to start them!!

It was wonderful to be so close to everything.....GM Place, BC Place Stadium, Science World, False Creek all just a short stroll away. The shopping and sightseeing also so easily accessible.

Having secure underground parking is a huge plus when staying in downtown Vancouver and bringing your car but, if you don't have a car, no worries! Stadium-Chinatown Skytrain station is right here and it's just a short walk to Canada Line that runs from downtown Vancouver to the International Airport.

This property left me wanting for nothing but more time to enjoy it. I can't wait for my next trip!"

Very well situated, convenient for stores, China Town, Gas Town and very close to public transport including the Sky Train. Adequately equipped, comfortable and clean with amazing views of the parts of the Main Harbour, False Creek and Grouse Mountain; and with plenty towels and hot water for showers, as well as an efficient clothes washer and drier.
Only downside, just one dish washer tablet left and no clothes washing powder. Notwithstanding, this provided a great place for two couples and one four year old to spend a week (carless) for a first visit to Vancouver.

Building has a swimming pool, hottub, and gym. Mountain and Ocean views. Close to shopping on Robson Street, Sea wall activities, restaurants, movie theater, museums, etc. Located at Stadium Skytrain station and just a block or two to GM and BC Place! Excellent downtown Vancouver location! Courtyard has a restaurant, grocery, etc. Starbucks a minute away!

Located on the 22nd floor. There are 40 suites, which were built in 2009. Espana is the final two towers being built at the base of International Village.
