This 2-Bed 1-Bath Apartment can accommodate 5 guests for a minimum of 1 night.

It is a nice apartment of 106 meters, completely renovated, with air conditioning, living room , hallway, kitchen, dining room and balcony. All rooms in the apartment including the living room and dining room have ceiling fans. With hot and cold water in the bathrooms, voltage for 220 and 110 volt and other amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable. From our balcony you can enjoy a nice view of the city how Park Trotcha, Hotel Melia Cohiba and Riviera, Avenu Paseo, etc The dining room is very close to the kitchen and the breakfast area. It has a glass dining table for 6 people with their respective chairs. We prepare breakfast, lunch and food (also for vegetarians) for guests who want to try Cuban cuisine. The bedroom "C" is located next to the bedroom "A", with much clarity and ventilation. It has ceiling fan, wardrobe, a double bed (with possibility of an auxiliary) and air conditioning. For a group or families this room offers the possibility to join with room "A" and both form a family room. In this case both rooms "A and C", will use the private bathroom of greater dimensions. The master bathroom is spacious, with a toilet, sink, mirror with its shelf, shelf for towels and shower. It has a large glass window that gives good ventilation and clarity. Our apartment is located on the 3rd (and last) floor and from our balcony you can enjoy a nice view of the city. Just 3 minutes from the sea and the Malecón, surrounded by nightlife and cultural centers, cinemas nightclubs, theaters, Cabaret (Cafe Habana, Copa Room), parks, banks and money exchange, universities, post office, markets, hotels (Riviera and Melia Cohiba ), Cafés, restaurants (Vasco Center, Restaurant 1830), paladares, place with internet access (surrounding the hotel Cohiba and Youth park), hospitals, etc. With very easy access to the main attractions of the city, only 10 minutes from the historical center (Old Havana) and close to public transport, which communicates with all the main routes of Havana.
