Havana Vacation Home - Apartment - 1200 sq ft / 111 sq m - Third floor
It is a beautiful apartment of 106 square meters, totally renovated, has 3 bedrooms , all with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms . Living room, hallway, kitchen, dining room and balcony. All rooms in the apartment, including the living room and dining room have ceiling fans. With hot and cold water in the bathrooms, voltage 220 and 110 volts and other services that will make your stay more enjoyable.
The living room has an area of 16 meters, with green marble floor. It has much clarity and ventilation due to its large window of glass shutters and the sliding glass door that communicates with the balcony. It also has another sliding glass door that separates this area from the rest of the apartment, turning it when needed in a more private area. We have television, cordless telephone to make and receive local calls, stereo and video equipment.
From our balcony you can enjoy a nice view of the city such as Park Trotcha, Hotel Melia Cohiba and Riviera, Paseo Avenue, etc.
The kitchen area has 7 square meters nicely compartmentalized which is very comfortable when working on it. It has all possible services such as a refrigerator with freezer, micro oven, 4 burner gas hob and oven, blender with multifunction, coffee maker etc. The kitchen also has a wooden breakfast bar with 2 bar stools also in it wood. Here, in addition to tasting your breakfast you can also sit down to have your favorite drinks or cocktails.
The dining room is very close to the kitchen and the breakfast area. It has a glass dining table for 6 people with their respective chairs.
The service bathroom is located near the entrance of the apartment and consists of a toilet, washbasin, mirror with its shelf, shower and shelf for cleaning utensils. It has a glass window with its curtain that gives a ventilation and clarity. In this bathroom is the washing machine of the apartment.
The bedroom "A" is spacious, with good lighting and ventilation by its windows, consists of 2 very comfortable single beds, which can be joined in case it is a couple and form a large double and the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed, In case there are 3 people. Both rooms will use the main private bathroom which is spacious, with a toilet, sink, mirror with its shelf, shelf for towels and shower. It has a large glass window that gives good ventilation and clarity.
The bedroom "B" is independent, with good lighting, ceiling fan, air conditioning, wardrobe and double bed. It also has an indoor bathroom which makes it more private. Our apartment is located in a privileged area of Vedado, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The building has only 2 apartments per floor. Our apartamanto is located on the 3rd (and last) floor and from our balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city and a pleasant sea breeze.;
