In one kilometer radius are: Plaza de la Revolucion whit its National Theatre + Jose Marti Memorial + Nacional Library, bus terminal, Colon Cemetery, "Fresa y Chocolate" Cinematographic Center, Museum of Decorative Arts, theaters and hotels with swimming pools, bars and cabarets; cinemas, University of Havana, in short, a good place for walking and looking around. 12 blocks down the street, there is the ocean. At the opposite end of the block from the apartment is an Iranian restaurant, just around the corner, The King nightclub, around the other corner, an Italian restaurant. In general, there are many places nearby to eat. Across the street is the bakery, in a few blocks there is a market of agricultural products. A few blocks away, 2 wi-fi areas that work with prepaid cards, which are also offered to tenants for a fee.
