Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 200.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 140.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Discover Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival) Please note that a 4% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 250 USD An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 50.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.
