Turnkey was Impressive We rent many houses in California. It’s 50/50 that what you get matches the pictures and description. This property delivered what it said it would and Turnkey is phenomenal because of that and the cleanliness of the property

Really close to the beach. Problem with hot water Overall great property. <br/>10 min detour to in out out the property due location along the highway. <br/>House is nice a clean. 5 min walk to the beach. Beach Get Away This was an amazing house steps from the beach! The house was spacious with room for 2 families to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. They even had a waffle maker. They needed pot holders and kitchen towels. The outside shower was awesome and the property was clean! Beach get away. The house overall was great! Only bummer was the floors were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned. It was apparent that it had not been mopped and that&#x2019;s concerning especially during these times. The location of the home was perfect and made it very easy to go to the beach. Turnkey was not easy to work with and when asked for a late checkout on Friday while the repair man was there he stated he contacted turnkey and they had approved a late check out at 12. So we planned our last days based on that. Then at 4 pm on Monday the day before check out we were informed we had to check out by 10 am. As stated in their contract we should have been notified by 11 am on Monday. When we called to get support it was over a 30 minute wait to get through and when we did they were not helpful and did not want to make it right. I will definitely search else where for my next time. We have been renting a beach house every year for the last 5 years from other agencies and they are always easy to reach and have never not accommodated. Mehhh While the process of the entire stay was efficient, the property itself had an ant infestation. It is clear to me the property management was aware of the situation, there was provided "RAID" under the sink to use. There could be no food in site as Ants would simply infest. Highly disappointing considering the cost of the nightly rental. perfect family get away The house was really well stocked! All the kitchen gear, beach chairs, even extra propane for the grill. Really spacious and lovely inside and out. We were 3 families with toddlers and we really took advantage of the backyard and downstairs den for kids to watch TV and have their own space. The adults really loved the outdoor shower and deck for dinner and wine at night. The walk to the beach was ideal. The beach is a chill neighborhood beach and never got really crowded and there was even a wagon in the garage for us to use. We would love to come back! I only wish there were more beach towels. Nice getaway Nice and close to the beach, house was clean and looked freshly renovated. BBQ, fire pit and seating in the backyard was nice. All furniture was comfortable, TVs were great and kitchen was amazing.
