It's equipped with modern facilities and nicely decorated. In addition to 80m² of interior space, it has 2 beautiful furnished terraces and a large private garden with direct access to the swimming pool (70m² private outdoor space), and a private parking (underground). Approved for tourist rental and complies with the quality standards established by the Community of Andalusia ('Decreto 28 - 2016, de 2 de febrero, de las viviendas con fines turísticos': VFT - AL - 01411). IF YOU WANT AN EXCEPTIONAL HOLIDAY, YOU HAVE FOUND THE IDEAL ACCOMMODATION HERE ;-) GROUND FLOOR located in a secure, bright and spacious complex of 150m² for 4 to 6 persons with a magnificent view on the swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms with electronic air-conditioning, each one independent (1*double bed and 1*2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1* shower + bath + washbasin and 1* shower + washbasin), 1 comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons located in the living room equipped with air-conditioning (+ smart TV, DVD-USB-BLU RAY player), a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a separate freezer part (+ coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, toaster, blender, juicer, etc.), a laundry room with a modern washing machine (+ cleaning products), as well as an ironing board with a steam iron, and a vacuum cleaner. A hairdryer is also available, as well as some personal hygiene products such as shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper... The master bedroom also has a ceiling fan. In the spacious garden for private use (with direct access to the swimming pool), you will be able to take advantage of 2 very comfortable deckchairs to relax and sunbathe. Attached to the apartment is a private garage in the basement (ideal during the summer heat) which is at your disposal during your stay. The 2 large swimming pools (salt water), with 2 separate paddling pools for small children, and the facilities (showers, parking, ...) are only for the use of the tenants and owners of the complex. In High Season, all the swimming pools are accessible 24 hours a day; sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge. MAXIMUM OCCUPATION: 4 adults and 2 children (up to 14 years old). OPEN POOLS: 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open all year round; AND 1 large and 1 small swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September. It is close to all amenities (several shops and restaurants within 500m... You can easily get there on foot) and countless tourist attractions (water parks, sports centres, golf courses, karting, tennis, diving and other water sports, playgrounds, cycling, horse riding, marinas, etc...). There is a bus stop with a regular service. For those who love nature in its 'wild' state, only 30 minutes by car is the village of Carboneras, where the Cabo de Gata Natural Park begins, a natural reserve recognized by UNESCO: landscapes, walks and various coves with transparent azure water will amaze you! ==>> Magic and paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts ... For children, there are many activities for them to enjoy in both summer and winter. Several playgrounds with swings, slides, climbing modules, ... Are available free of charge here and there. As the nearest beach is of fine sand, there will be no problem for them to build sand castles or play ball. They will also be able to swim safely as the beach is supervised by several lifeguards during the High Season.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 75 EUR cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due 15 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest pays a 30.00 fee if they check in after 8 pm. Check-in is not possible after 11 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 12:00 AM To 09:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 7 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. The pool can be accessed directly from the house without a door alarm. There is no fence/gate around the pool. There is no life guard on duty.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 Adults. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 6.00 EUR is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Dogs must be kept on leash. Dogs must be well trained & behaved. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. Pets must not be left unattended. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 115.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 50.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent Beach towels should be brought by guest. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.
Parking
Parking is free. A remote control is provided. No parking permit is required. There is a charge for a lost parking pass.
