Payments & Deposit - applicable to Owner's portion of the total only

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded.
75% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Manager requires both a credit card number on file plus a $50 security waiver in lieu of a damage deposit.
An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 50.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.

Located on the third floor of this beautifully restored 1896 heritage building, named the Leiser, the unit is impeccably space planned with high end furnishings and amenities. There is an ocean view from the bedroom loft and you will sleep comfortably on the queen tempurpedic leather bed. Enjoy expansive city, mountain and ocean views from the building’s roof top deck. This loft is perfect for taking advantage of its unique location situated in the heart of downtown Victoria’s inner harbour. Walk out the front gates and you are steps away from everything Victoria has to offer including sea plane and ferry terminals, water taxis, dining and pubs, abundant sightseeing, all types of ocean activities and so much more.

**Please note the parking stall included with the loft is located in the public parkade across the street and is an unsecured, first come first serve basis.**

We provide a unique meet and greet service when you book our executive loft. You will be met at the loft by rental agent who will hand you the keys, guide through the unit and answer any questions you might have.

*Please note* there is a $25 fee for check-ins after 6:00PM

- Move in/out fee of $100 is charged for any suite (furnished or non-furnished) for a length of six (6) months or longer
- Barbecues on rooftop deck - NO BBQING ON ROOF
- Fob replacement when exchanging a fob is $10
- New or lost fob replacement is $50

Please note: For stays of more than a month, a mid-stay cleaning is required after each month. The cost for this is not included in the quote and will be added manually once a request is submitted.
