Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded.
There is no refund if cancelling less than 60 days before arrival.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 2000.00 CAD is due on arrival.
The property will be assessed after check-out and the deposit released to the guest within 14 business days if there are no claims to be made.

This home has a spacious kitchen, dining and family rooms that make it ideal for large gatherings such as weddings, family reunions, vacation and corporate rentals (Inquire for event details). Eloquently decorated with antique furnishings beautiful hardwood floors and 3 wood-burning fireplaces. This home has a large pool and hot tub facilities among extensive perennial and shrub gardens and grounds.
The Estate was built around a passion for antiques and the love of gardening. Built-in 1981 the architectural design gives this stately home an air of antiquity. With features such as the grand staircase replica of the one found in the Craigdarroch Castle in Victoria, B.C.
The objective is to continue the laughter, love and life that make this home such a wonderful place to be. Our Estate became a vacation house in 2004, our spring and summer months booked solid with family reunions and vacation rentals.
