For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 180 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
