This place is luxurious and immaculate- we make every effort to provide everything you may need and to erase traces that others have been there before you. Despite our high standards we welcome some dogs when they are accompanied by thoughtful owners. We cannot accommodate cats, including outdoor cats. This place is spacious and "over the top luxurious and clean" - this has been an ongoing feedback from previous guests. This bright, modern suite is the first floor of a house, and was professionally renovated and soundproofed. The suite is all above ground with full-height ceilings, spacious, and very bright and spacious. The suite includes two "wings" - always rented to same group - family. Each "wing" with one bedroom and one bathroom - so that two couples, or members of a larger family, may have privacy if they wish. One of the wings also has an additional small single bed perfect for children and guests. In addition, there is a sofa bed with queen size high end mattresses in the living room. The entrance is separate, facing a private and fully-fenced garden. There are only two steps up to enter the suite. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a high end mattress and wonderful, soft sheets. With hardwood floors and tile throughout, the suite is fully furnished and equipped with high quality bedding, towels, plates, cutlery (Henkles, Denby) in a warm, modern style.There are dishes for many guests, and varied cookware to prepare meals for a large family (plenty of pots including large pots and frying pans; plenty of bakeware and all essential small appliances for easy cooking)The suite has its own laundry (modern front loading machines), built-in vacuum system, and a Webber BBQ. The patio and backyard are fenced and private with furniture to relax and enjoy the birds and the flowers.The home is one km from beach access, and 1.4 km from Mt Douglas Park. Downtown is a 15 min drive. UVIC is 4 Km away. The street nearby (Ash Road) is a main Bus route for an easy ride to Uvic and Downtown Victoria.

Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 1,000.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.
