This 3-Bed 2-Bath House can accommodate 4 guests for a minimum of 3 nights.

This is an outstanding rental as we over- upgraded - renovated in 2019 without plans to move out. We offer preferential rate when occupied by a mature couple (this is the rate posted). Further rate reduction for longer term lease . If a couple is occupying the place they are welcome to have occasional guests stay for periods of time (up to 2 weeks - 2 guests at a time). This unit is not suitable for families - stairs are unprotected and tall- a visiting infant is fine. This main floor of a house is perfect to work from home with a large den plus a spare bedroom that can also serve as a second den. Amazing kitchen with high end, designer appliances - Fisher & Paykel and Miele, enormous Island and absolutely everything you need to cook regular meals. Several small appliances (Ninja blender, Cuisinart food processor, Mixer, Rice Cooker, Slow cooker, Toaster Oven). Beautiful views of Mt Douglas from the huge deck and the den. Quiet mature and house trained dogs are welcome if accompanied by ultra responsible parents. We cannot accommodate cats or puppies in training - without exception. Fully furnished and equipped. Fiberoptic wifi. Smart TV. This is the top floor of the house. Completely separate from lower unit. No shared spaces except for the driveway and the EV charging station. We have rented the lower for some years. When the suite was built, the ceiling was professionally soundproofed with the best and greatest available - a state of the art approach. It is as good as it gets for a Duplex Style house. Guest access: Entire top floor, deck, attached garage and shared driveway.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 3000 CAD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 59 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 20.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Maximum of 4 Adults.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 1,000.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 350.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.
