From the balcony you will enjoy views to Mt Tolmie and on a clear day all the way to Haro Straight. Also upstairs is the huge second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king), sitting area, en suite bathroom, two closets, and covered balcony. Lower level has a third bedroom, perfect for additional guests or for catching up on work, with a queen bed, two desks (one is an electric sit-stand desk), and en suite bathroom. Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due on arrival. The property will be assessed after check-out and the deposit released to the guest within 14 business days if there are no claims to be made. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded. There is no refund if cancelling less than 60 days before arrival.
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 336.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Full payment is due at booking time.
