Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Besides the completed reservation form which should be faxed, send a bank transfer of 200 euros to confirm the reservation. At your arrival you pay the rent. The last day we check the property and we give you back the deposit of 200 euros.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival.
