This remodeled inviting villa is conveniently located across the street from the beach and is in the heart of the Golden Zone, which makes for easy accessibility to shops, restaurants and night life without having to take a taxi every time you step out. Please note that the descriptive information applies only to this family owned villa and not to other villas in Villa Serena, which are different in interior details. As Mazatlan grows, this villa is a rare treat in the Golden Zone. Unlike most rentals in a building similar to hotel rooms, this villa is roomy with its three bedrooms two bathrooms, balcony, and private rear porch to barbecue or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. As vacationers to Europe and Mexico ourselves, many thoughtful details are in place for the U. S. And Canadian tourists as well as national tourists to make for a comfortable stay. With beach themed colors, opening the front door you'll enter a inviting villa not a single room in a hotel. With its central air conditioning, you will be well situated and comfortable. We continuously update the villa, including flat screen TV, dedicated internet etc Jet ski, boogie boards, catamaran rentals, and other activities are on the beach in front of or just near the beach. There are many providers of beach activities. There is also a extra large washer and dryer for your private use in the villa's laundry room, saving you time and money. The villa also comes well furnished including a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, pans, plates, blender, utensils to make for a comfortable stay. You will appreciate the villa being well situated to enjoy the local restaurants, shops, and activities you will not have to constantly deal with traffic and public transportation. Please note that this Villa is individually owned and not all Villas at Villa Serena have the same amenities, beds, sheets, towels or quality of work. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If balance and security is not paid by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled. You can re-reserve (re-apply initial deposit, you do not pay again)if you contact the owner and the unit is still available for that time slot, otherwise a different time slot can be arranged. Please remember this is a house and not a room in a hotel with revolving customers.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime your dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 35.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of 35.00 per visit.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit for monthly stays is $300. Out of which the cleaning fees, gas, and electricity will be deducted as used and the remainder refunded.
