Osoyoos lake is less than a 1 minute walk from the property crossing a road. The small pebbles beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a private dock, moorage and float anchor.
There is a private pier situated along the shoreline equipped with a lounging dock for sunbathing or simply relaxing. It also comes with 4 private boat slips which can hold upto 22 feet boats with ease.
Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is a 30 minute drive from the resort parking lot.

Great price. But you pay for what you get! We rented townhouse #113. The outside of the building probably has NEVER been hosed down or power washed. Inside... was roomy. Had 3 large bedrooms downstairs with 2 full bathrooms. The main level had a living area, kitchen, dining area, & powder room with laundry. The view looks onto the lake and the sunsets were amazing. The townhouse needs some looking after. I have a 14 month old at the crawling stage and was assured the place would be clean prior to our arrival. There were dead bugs all over the floor. We had to clean the floors before I would even think of considering to put my child down. The counters and dining table needed a good wipe down also. There were NO cleaning supplies in the townhouse. Except for a tired out old broom. We made a stop to the local A&G and picked up some cleaning supplied and did what we could to make it liveable for the 4 nights. The light fixtures were full of dead bugs, the oven full of grease (def a fire hazard), the window ledges were covered in spiderwebs... we even saw sheets in the linen closet that looked like they were spotted with blood. The water pressure is too strong in the shower... almost hurt taking a shower. The club seat in the living room is ripped and very worn. Thankfully we didn't need to spend too much time in the unit as the weather was beautiful and we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the town. The owners need to kick up their game... I will not be returning to this vacation rental and suggest that you don't either. The parking is plentiful but that's really the only good thing about it. The air con was more of a glorified fan system.
