The homeowners have gone above and beyond fitting their homes with extras that will leave you feeling pampered. There is extra soundproofing, on demand hot water, and in-floor heating - talk about luxury. This home also features a brand new private hot tub installed in November 2018, with an Ecoclean UV Sterilizer that uses ultraviolet light to effectively eradicate 99.9% of all bacteria exposed to it. The TV in the living room has Netflix built in so you can cozy up by the fireplace and put on your favourite movie, and the downstairs fourth bedroom feature a Smart TV with Netflix. After your day of adventure around beautiful Sun Peaks, you can unwind in your hot tub around the back of the home while enjoying the sound of McGillivray Creek trickling by, or even take a dip in the huge bathtub of the elegant master bedroom ensuite. The ensuite also has a private balcony outside of it so you can take in the beautiful forest surrounding. This home has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, two sets of bunkbeds in the third bedroom, and a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. This property will allow pets upon special request, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $100+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 medium-to-large dog OR 2 lap dogs. Location Highlights: Village Walk is one of the newest luxury townhouse developments in Sun Peaks. These beautiful homes are three storeys over 2,200 sq ft., with homes on the front side of the complex having a view of the Sports Complex and homes on the backside of the complex overlooking forestry and a creek. Located just a short walk from the main village by passing Kookaburra Lodge, you have easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts. This complex is across the street from the Sports Complex which features tennis courts, a soccer field, a children's playground, and will be home to the new ice skating rink. The next closest locations are the Kookaburra Lodge to the side, and Timberline just across the street. SKI-IN - SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that will connect you to Rambler. Get on the Gentle Giant run and take the cut-off behind Cahilty Lodge. Simply cross the street to enter the complex. To ski-out, it's a short walk past Kookaburra Lodge to the top of the village, where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts (pending weather conditions).

Top Of The Mountain does provide somebasic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , BedSheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paperand Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods,Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar,Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area.Laundry Pods are included.

Booking Deposit

A deposit of 33% of the rent will be due at time of booking.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.

To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file.
