Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool. There is no life guard on duty.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 10 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
