Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. You may cancel 60 days before the arrival date without penalty. Cancellation 30-60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be refunded only if the unit is rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the unit.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel 60 days before the arrival date without penalty. Cancellation 30-60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rent will be refunded only if the unit is rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the unit.

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
