Nestled in the awe-inspiring panorama of the spectacular Northern shore of the Garden Isle of Kauai, is our villa, upon Kauai's newest premier estates and in close proximity to Kauai's most gorgeous beaches, Hawaii's best golf course, most scenic sunset cocktail spot (The Princeville Hotel), outstanding restaurants, and shopping centers.

With almost 2000 sq ft of impeccably designed Hawaiian interior, elegant furnishings, and pool area we offer the luxury of a hotel at an affordable price. Being a new private gated community with onsite manager you feel secure and confident that all amenities including the Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ are kept to the highest standard every day. As the house is a second home for the owners the house is always kept to the highest standard of cleaning and fresh supplies.

There are 2 master suites downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs. All bathrooms are elegantly decorated with black granite. One of the master en-suite bathrooms has a bath tub and other 2 bathrooms has shower room. There is 1 King size bed and 2 Queen sized beds. The upstairs bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the room is slightly smaller than the downstairs master suites.

Have Romantic breakfasts and dinners on the upstairs private LANAI facing the golf course. Relax in the evenings in front of the massive flat screen TV with a BLUE-RAY DISC player and Google Chromecast.

For the executive that likes to keep in touch whilst on vacation we also supply Wireless High Speed DSL Internet that is available throughout the house.
