With just a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico, this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo features everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This unit boasts a view of the duck pond, gazebo, clubhouse, & pool. We are on the gulf side with a new walkway completed to give you easy access to Pensacola's beautiful white beaches. There is also a sound side across the street that is perfect for small children who may be weary of the waves. The boardwalk has restaurants & bars that provide amazing seafood as well as local drinks & entertainment. You will also want to visit the restaurants known mostly to locals!!

Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 25 years or older.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Discover Card, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
There is a $300.00 refundable security/damage deposit to be paid by Paypal.
