Kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee cups, glasses, utensils, serving and storage ware, small appliances including coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven and blender. Bathmats and dish towels provided. Pillows, blankets and comforters provided. FREE parking for up to 3 cars. This is your upscale beach home and 'your home away from home'! Summer season rentals Saturday to Saturday. Off season check in - out flexible. 7 night minimum required. No smoking. No pets. Min. Age of 25 yrs. Family rentals only. No events - parties. Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure. Young & large groups may be subject to a larger security deposit..

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 09:00 AM When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guest is expected to remove the garbage on departure. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
