DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: 50% of your total reservation is due within 7 days of your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your check in date. If you have a venmo or Paypal account you can pay using a credit card or bank of america / chase quick pay.

Please review your reservation and make sure all the information including check in and check out dates are correct.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR TAX: 3% Hotel Motel tax only on your stay, Cleaning,Preparation, laundry& supplies State tax only on the cleaning fee!


DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: Security deposits, covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior/exterior that may occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.. (Upon arrival you must notify us if there are any damages or out of place items within 2 hours of arrival, if not notified you will be responsible).Any damages that exceed the security deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, a Guest causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions,

Damage Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request.

AT CHECKOUT - PLEASE NOTE, NO DISHES IN SINK OR DISHWASHER EVEN IF CLEAN , ALSO CHECKOUT TIME IS 11 AM UNLESS DISCUSSED DIFFERENTLY. IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND THERE IS A $25 FEE FOR EVERY 15 MIN YOU OR YOUR LUGGAGE IS IN THE HOUSE. EVERYONE & EVERYTHING MUST BE VACATED FROM THE HOME AT 11 AM.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The rental period begins at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and terminates at 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made. Early check ins or late departures will incur an extra charge. The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that you checkout.

DAMAGE AND CLEANING ISSUES: Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the managers or staff immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 2 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair.

NO ONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE WITHOUT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULTS 24 AND OVER.

NO MORE THEN THE AGREED AMOUNT OF PERSONS (WHAT THE HOUSE SLEEPS NO MORE!) ALLOWED IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY STAYING/VISITING OR STOPPING BY. THE VACATION HOME IS JUST FOR THE AMOUNT OF BEDS IN THE HOME. WE STRONGLY ENFORCE THIS. PLEASE INQUIRE IF YOUR HAVING MORE GUESTS THEN THE HOME ALLOWS IF WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE. TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD MAY HAPPEN.

No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens.
No items are missing upon the inventory check. (This includes, but is not limited to, transferring items to other units.)
All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers.
All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and emptied.
There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking unit.
Unit is left in neat condition.
Pet friendly units show no sign of pet damage or excessive cleaning

If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible (right away if possible). No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period. We aim to resolve complaints right away, insects are occasionally inevitable, and are not cause for complaint. The vacation property is treated periodically as part of a pest and termite control program, and is cleaned after each rental.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Smoking is permitted on balconies as long as the doors and windows are closed.

SEVERE WEATHER: We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do no warrant refund of rent or deposit. We suggest Vacation Travel Insurance during the hurricane seasons.

PET POLICIES: There is a minimum of two pets per guest allowed in each unit. Pet fees apply so please let us know if you have any. Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Guests must pick up after pets and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag if staying in a Pet Friendly Unit. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and all pet hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. A $150 fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. Guest pets must be leashed at all times unless on the private property rented. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period. Guest pet policies and unit availability are subject to change any time.

COMMUNITY RULES: Guest agrees to abide by rules of the community. These may be posted in the unit. These rules may change from time to time.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

GUEST assures us that the tenants will observe all conditions and terms of this agreement as to maintaining the rental in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors.

GUEST assures that any tenant who violates any of the terms of this Agreement shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses, which are caused by the tenant and/or the tenant’s guest(s).

GUEST agrees that any tenant who is found using drugs or allows others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

GUEST and/or their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordnance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises.

GUEST agrees that during the term of this agreement and such further time as he/she occupies the premises, he/she will keep the rental clean and free of trash, garbage, and other waste; and all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing and other equipment and fixtures in the same condition as at the beginning of, or may put in during the term of the agreement, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty only exception.

GUEST agrees to indemnify and save our company and owners of property harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the premises by the GUEST, tenants, or guests or from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the premises. We accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of your reservation caused by events beyond our control, including but not restricted to war, terrorist activity, civil commotion, flight delays, or cancellations, airport closures, loss of luggage, adverse weather conditions, fire flood, or industrial dispute. We cannot accept any liability for failure of public supplies such as water, electricity, Internet or breakdown of the air conditioning system. Nor for the consequences of the action or omissions of persons who may control or supply main services, or any actions taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority over which there is no control.

We cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your vacation. It is particularly important that children are supervised at all times in and outside the vacation property. We assume no responsibility for accidents. You are reminded to exercise care as to your personal safety, and the safety of your companions. Whenever possible, valuables should be left secure and out of sight.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: I understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided without original signature on the charge slip, that an email of this agreement will serve as an original, and that this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after the rental is vacated. Additional charges may include: unauthorized long distance telephone and satellite TV charges; excessive cleaning fees; damages beyond normal wear and tear and unreturned keys. All charges not covered under the Damage Protection Insurance may be included.

Quirky, comfortable, amazing location, spotlessly clean It took us a while to find the 4th bedroom. The kitchen had more cabinets, cookware and service utensils than I ever experienced. The beach is very rocky so water sandels are a real plus. There is plenty of space to hang out in, enjoy friends and cook great meals. The SHop and Stop nearby was fantastic with a very large selection of organic produce and a good seafood and bakery department. The house was very clean, everything worked great including the dishwasher, washing machines, TV and BBQ. This place is great for a large family or a close group of friends. It was a terrific rental and we enjoyed our stay very much

Amazing This is my 5th year staying at one of the properties of Luxury Beach Getaway. I stayed in 3 different houses, each one offers something special. This house has historical significance. It’s a round house that was once a Buckminster Fuller Geodesic dome. Now it is an updated round house with panoramic views. Lots of rooms, and as usual peaceful and relaxing. There are so many wonderful things to do. Ginny and Deb accommodate your needs and are the best.

Pattie Freed’s Review of 96 Creek Rd We had a great time. Debbie and Virginia were awesome. They checked in periodically with us. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The private beach was perfect, although the rocks killed our feet. We would highly recommend this place and the ladies.

Fantastic, as always! Between myself, and family we have rented a total of 7 homes over 4 years from Debbie and Virginia and they have all been fantastic and this year was no exception. The ladies are always easy to talk to and deal with and are quick to respond to anything you need. <br/><br/>This was our first year in this particular home and it is a great space. The building has a unique shape and history which makes for fun nooks and rooms throughout. There is space for your group to gather together and plenty of space to have time alone, or in smaller groups. The extensive decking opens out to a wonderful stretch of rocky beach that is never crowded. I think we saw a grand total of 5 people on the beach in 7 days.<br/><br/>I don't hesitate to recommend both this house and Debbie and Virginia!

Lovely weekend, friendly hosts The house is gorgeous and quirky. The beach front is simply beautiful. Bring water shoes if you want to go swimming; the rocks are a bit painful on the feet. Debbie and Virginia showed up with a bluetooth speaker for us to use when they saw we had forgotten ours. Would book again!

Wonderful rental and even better managers-Debbie and Ginny Our rental home Once Upon a Tide afforded us a fabulous ocean front view for daily swims and kayaks. We loved the big quirky house and large kitchen. Everything we needed was there, and if not the terrific managers are there instantly. Debbie and Ginny provide fantastic, pleasant and instant remedy for any problem. You would be lucky to rent from them, they are experienced and helpful rental managers.

View Calendar. This is a 4 bedroom beach up to 10 people with a sofa bed. Perfect getaway for families with children and your friends. This beach house has panoramic views and a large wrap around deck. Have fun outside with the kayaks and bikes or stand up on the paddle board. There’s also an outdoor shower and BBQ grill.

You’re close to the vineyards and the farm stands, Tanger Outlet Mall, Atlantis Marine World and Long Island Skydive. There is also a spa close by for the perfect massage or facial.
