The holiday homes are suitable for up to 5 people and are ideal for those seeking tranquility, walkers and cyclists, but there is also plenty to do for children, such as the heated indoor swimming pool and a summer program for the children. In the immediate vicinity there are many theme parks, zoos, museums, castles and entertainment options. Wageningen is known as the city of liberation of The Netherlands in World War II, Hotel de Wereld was the place where the liberation was signed with the German generals. Many American soldiers died in this war, operation Market Garden, a bridge to far, Arnhem, Oosterbeek, Airborne are a few items you can google for more information. The Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial is a place to visit. We, Netherlands people are stil thankfully that your brave soldiers give their lives for us!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 50 EUR. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1,50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 15.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 45.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
