Terms

VACATION RENTAL CONTRACT

This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between the Property Manager and you, the Renters (also referred to as "Tenants" and "Guests"). Renters agree that this contract will not go into effect until their online reservation request is screened, and accepted by the Property Manager. The Property Manager will notify the Renters within 48 hours via email confirmation when their reservation is accepted.

Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to hold the reservation, but full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refunds for cancellations or changes to booking if made within 30 days of the Renters check in.

Cleaning Policy:
The departure cleaning fee does not cover daily maid service, but will pay for the cleaning of your vacation rental upon check out.

Tax Policy:
Current rates for General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax will be charged to the Renter. These taxes will be quoted to the Renter before they book.

Reservation Policy:
1) Renters agree to turn off Air Conditioning when not at home.
2) Renters agree to make known the terms of this Rental Agreement and all house rules to all tenants and their guests. Renter also understands that if upon check in there is not a copy of the House Rules then they must promptly request a copy via email from the Property Manager.
3) Renters agree to not smoke on property and it is understood that if they do they will be charged for all damages.
4) Renters agree to be completely responsible for any and all damage to the property caused by Renters or their guests.
5) Renters agree that cars parked on property that do not have the expressed permission to do so will be towed at owners/drivers expense.
6) Renters will forfeit the full rental fee, if cancellation is made less than 30 days from arrival.
7) Renters agree and understand that full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in.
8) Renters understand that doors are to be locked upon check-out.
9) Renters agree that they cannot hold the Property Manager responsible for any items left behind after check out.
10) Renters agree that lost keys will incur a replacement cost of $100 per key and/or magnetic common area FOB key.
11) Renters understand that parties and/or excessive noise/music is not permitted on property
12) Renters agree that NO PETS are allowed on property unless the pet is ADA certified and the proper documentation of certification is provided to the Property Manager prior to confirmation of the reservation.
13) Primary Renter must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and is required to be staying on the premises.
14) Renter understands that the Property Manager reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.

As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy which can be viewed at The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly to the Property Manager any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact the Property Manager directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment.

Disclaimer:

Renter agrees to hold Property Manager and/or Property Owners harmless and agree to indemnify the Property Manager and/or Property Owners for legal expense or payment of claims arising out of bodily injury, personal property damage, personal injury occurring on or about the premises, robbery, vandalism, acts of God, inclement weather conditions, or accidents related to fire.

Nice condo - great location We stayed 8 days, and enjoyed each one.<br/>It's a decent condo just a quick walk from the beach, has a beautiful view of the hills, and plenty of parking.<br/>The partition did a decent job of blocking light and noise.<br/>It doesn't have a dishwasher, and had a couple of maintenance needs that I let Ali'i know about, but but the lack of a dishwasher isn't much of a problem if you don't plan on eating inside as much as we did.<br/>In case the Marco Polo fire (an entirely different building at least a mile down the road) concerned you: the Banyan Tower II building, at least, just upgraded its fire alarm system, planned since before that fire, and has a fire suppression sprinkler system.

A bit disappointed... The location of the unit and the communication? from the management company is outstanding. However the carpet in the unit is dated and dirty. Also the stove and the kitchen utensils are so subpar that it was a deterrent to do any cooking in the unit. Overall good unit for the price The unit description is accurate and well maintained. It had all the utensils, cookware, appliances and linens available to use. The unit was clean but the carpet could use a deep clean or even replaced. I didn't need to call maintenance for any issues. The fire alarm sounded around midnight one evening and though it was a false alarm the idea of walking down 36 flights of stairs was dreadful especially because it was so late. We had a pleasant stay even though the fire alarms went off twice in our two week stay.

vacation in Waikiki very good location. Nice view, building amenities very good. Alii's rental management and staff very organized and responsive. maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people. strictly speaking is not a 1 bedroom as part of the unit can be closed off by a sliding door. Apartment itself very dated and really in need of renovation. carpet old, blinds are not functioning properly.most of nonstick pan and pots are badly scratched and unhealthy to be used. no tea or coffee was provided to get us going. my flight was late in the evening and it would have been good not to have to go shopping first thing in the morning. Also, it would be good to provide toilet papers and kitchen roles as these are usually sold in big packages and does not make sense to be purchased by the renter. Waikiki Banyan Great location, beautiful view, very clean. While this condo is starting to show its age, you can't beat it for the location, view, cleanliness and price. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel This hotel was so great to us. It a 10 min walk from Waikiki beach and this hotels offers beach towels chairs. The view was amazing we can see the mountain from the north and the city light. I will be back and I will stay at banyan again. We were at the 36 floor and we paid amazing deal. Very dated and lacking in maintenance Unit is very, very dated and we would not recommend. We have stayed with Ali'i rentals before but probably will not again. Bed and even the futon were uncomfortable. Roaches very common. Kitchen faucet was hard to shut off. A/C flooded the lanai when used. Light bulbs burned out. Note to future guests - if you happen to rent 2 or more scooters instead of a car the parking attendants would want you to pay for the additional permit at $20/night even though 2 scooters fit in one scooter space. BBQ pits cost to use. Dated and worn. Not cleaned very well. Things/food left on floor under and behind. Banyan 3603 Vacation was great, the condo was clean but a little out dated. It is convenient to the beach and all of Waikiki. A big plus is the free parking at the Banyan.

Waikiki Banyan 3603 Enjoyed staying here, location is good, if a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but more than made up for by the free parking, and the bus stop metres from the front entrance. Property itself is a little outdated,but serviceable (clearly a work in progress as there were several holes cut in the wall) and the view of the mountains from the unit is awesome, especially at night. A rainbow trip This trip was a lot of firsts for my almost 19 year old daughter and myself. First trip to Hawaii, first time driving a convertible and first time staying at a VRBO. It was a trip to remember. Our trip started out getting a vehicle upgrade to a beetle convertible at no extra charge and then upon arriving at the condo and opening the blinds seeing a spectacular view and a rainbow from the 36th floor. The property had the basic amenities and furniture but that was all that we needed. The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the beach, 5 minute drive from our favourite poke place. It was really all that you could ask for. Property was clean although some of the appliances were dated. Could probably use some newer dishes, cutlery and pots and pans although we didn't use most of them. The added bonus was the free parking. It was so nice not having to worry about finding parking elsewhere or pay enormous rates. Overall, I would recommend this place. Enjoyed seeing a rainbow everyday out of our balcony. We will definitely come back.

Enjoyed it, could have been much better! We've stayed at Waikiki Banyan several times & loved it, location is perfect. This is our first experience with Alii Beach rentals. Mike the maintenance guy is very helpful. Parking was nice. We had 3603 for 2 weeks and 3601 for 1 week. Overall, it was ok experience. 3603 needs major updating. The AC leaked a continual puddle of water on the lanai directly outside of the sliding door. The bathroom light didn't always come on, bathroom fan stopped working. Mike got us a hair dryer. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the futon was great. Beach towels were great, we had 1 rusty old beach chair & thought we would have more beach stuff. Flat screen TV is nice, the remote works poorly. 4 rolls of toilet paper for 2 weeks doesn't cut it. Had to buy bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper and a few other things. Vertical blinds are in bad shape. The water shut off every Tuesday from 9am-4:30pm doesn't work, especially when it's been happening for months and the management company is responsible to inform guests. The notice came about 4pm the day before. Pest spray the morning that we arrived doesn't work when you arrive at 1am. All 3 of us staying in 3603 got violently sick for about 24 hours. Our son and his wife were in 3601 and did not get sick, however we all ate the same things. We did a deep clean and narrowed it down to something in the until that infected us. We are glad Mike was able to help. Lets address what we can: 1. We will service the a/c and fix the maintenance issues 2. If its time to replace the beds, we can do that 3. The "beach stuff" is not required as inventory in our units and we won't advertise it, but we leave what previous guest leave behind as a convenience if its in good condition 4. The bathroom "Amenities" are meant to get you started, but if you have an extended stay, then guest are responsible for toiletries from then on 5. Building Management and Vacation Management are 2 separate entities and we try to communicate with them the best we can. Some things our out of our control. I would hope that if you declined the pest spray, then they would have rescheduled. We will speak with them. It sounds like, in all, your family had a good time in Hawaii and the next time will be better! We will take care of our issues on our end here at Ali'i Beach Rentals.

Banyan visit The unit view was beautiful and the unit itself was as pictured. There however was an odor from the shower curtain, and the kitchen wasn't very clean and lacked utensils and supplies. great view and loction Great building in a great location. The unit needs refurbisment. The carpet is falling apart and smells. The kitchen is in need of a new stove, and the furniture is worn and uncomfortable. The beds appeared to be fairly new and were in good shape. The unit is generall well equipped for cooking. Rainbow view The condo is very quiet and the location was convenient to everything we enjoyed about our stay in Waikiki. We walked to shops and restaurants. The weather was rainy off and on, but then we saw rainbows everyday!

Waikiki banyan 3603, Tower 2 Great view at the 36th floor. Like the kitchen especially the big glass windows and mirrors around the living room wall. I enjoy going to the cafe every morning for coffee. I like the accessible convenient store at the lobby. I will definitely recommend to rent this condo. I Wish we stayed longer.

Great place to stay Property management was very professional and very well organized. All the info I needed was given to me a week before my intended stay. Everything was ready upon my arrival. Kitchen was complete - pots, pans, silverware, glasses, utensils, etc. View of gold course and mountains was breathtaking. The place was clean - not a single bug during our entire stay. And because of the high floor, the place was quiet. I would highly recommend this condo. We had a great time!

Don't pass up this gem!! The view was priceless!! Night view was beautiful. Condo on 36th floor--very private, no one can see in from other buildings! Since door has key code, no need to keep track of keys! Nice swimming area. Laundry very convenient! Sundries shop and coffee shop! Close to beach and shopping. Free parking! Lots of extras in closet, even for snorkeling. Price is better than hotels about with less amenities. Yes, aging, but the pluses outweigh the negatives! The high-end hotel we stayed at later will be getting a bad review!

Great City View! We spent ten nights in this great condo. The view from the 36th floor is spectacular. City and even ocean view, "behind" Diamond Head in the distance. Although, a bit dated, it is comfortable and the parking in the building makes this a winner. The BBQ area by the pool was disappointing as they were electric and pay per use. Needless to say, we didn't BBQ. Good value and a great experience. A maintanance call was promptly and nicely done. We will be back! Bare bones This unit is in a great location. Walking distance to many places and the management company is very nice to communicate with. Beds and linens were very nice. However, this unit needs some serious updating. Floors were very worn and somewhat dirty, and shower/bathroom was old and tiny. This unit was ok if you are looking for super basic accommodation. The kitchen has barely enough dishes for every day use and no dishwasher so one must do dishes after every meal. Also, the kitchen chairs are wicker and felt rather grungy. Waikiki Banyans Room was on the 36th floor - had a fantastic, beautiful view of the mountain behind us and the neighborhood lights up the hill - BEAUTIFUL!!! Every sunrise was pretty - and the afternoon rainshowers in the valleys and rainbows were beautiful as well. Fantastic view - fantastic off season price for a family of four! We'd love to come back to the same unit in the future if we get the opportunity to return.

Great Condo Experience! Our first time renting a Condo and we truly enjoyed the experience. Room was clean and spacious. Other than the bathroom. We were most impressed with the kitchen utilities. I believe the pots, pans and dishware were new. We used the blender. It was nice to be able to cook anything! You could use the divider doors between the sitting room and bedroom. Great feature. We prefered the Ocean view but our view was pretty amazing because there was 3 windows to look out of. The only disappointment was the shower head, hardly any pressure or water. The towels were also new but I recommend using old towels because we were constanting picking off the fluff from our faces. The pool and hot tub was great! Location was perfect, close to shopping and many restaurants. We were only minutes from the Waikiki beach. No parking fees and free WIFI. Nice to have Flat TV screen. It would have been nice to have a clock radio. Lobby staff was friendly and helpful.<br/>Thanks and we will surely be back! Loved the location! I would recommend the owner of the unit to upgrade the chairs, stove or shower head. It was very old and out of style. I would come back to this place again in a few years hoping that the owner would upgrade the unit a little bit.

Nice location and view but badly needs updating! Stove & fridge are VERY old and beyond fixing. The tub was rusted and had been patched in places. Overall, the unit has not been kept up and was definitely not cleaned well before our arrival. The cleaning company did come back after we complained but there are a lot of things that need to be updated. We did like the location, the view and the basic layout of the unit though. Planning to rebook for next year, pending some major changes.

very misleading The view was amazing. The unit is very dated and in dire need of new beds, linens and furniture! It was poorly equipped and just felt dirty. We just couldn't take our shoes off…the elevators we dreadfully slow and the pool was never open as there is a huge remission going on in tower one and completely surrounded by scaffolding and tarps. The bbq area was impossible to use as people cook and take over the area for the evening! The front desk would not acknowledge us as we were not their clients. My husband went down and asked for change for laundry and was point blank told no because they do not service guest that were not booked through the Ashton. So ridiculous!!!<br/><br/>I was told at time of booking that the unit was "newly remodelled and furnished but I can assure it has not been. The tub has rust at the drain and what appeared to be mold on the tile walls.<br/><br/>Great location if the accommodation isn't a huge priority!!<br/><br/><br/>

20 Day's in Honolulu! After a 20 day's stay in this apartment we were pretty satisfied with everything. Ok, it could need a little upgrade (kitchen and bathroom) but everything was working well. The view from the 36th floor was terrific! Mahalo to the property management for negotiating a compensation for the ongoing construction work with the water pipes in the apartment.<br/><br/>

The photo description is not always correct We booked this unit after viewing the video thinking it was an accurate description, however this particular unit was older than photos appeared ... Not 100 percent clean, with food in the cupboards and refrigerator and bathroom toiletries in vanity cupboard.. The sheets didn't completely feel clean and the beds were NOT perfectly made. I reported this to the beach rental property managers the girl was very helpful and Apologised.. " contract cleaners must have new people" - she did offer to have cleaners come over but I refused. I simply asked about the $200 cleaning fee I would have expected better service upon arrival. After arriving back in Australia I was surprised to receive just a $50 reimbursement. I would stay in this building again. But through another agent and another particular unit I think. The location was great no problem getting public transport etc. Friendly people.

Great Family Stay We were in Hawaii for a family wedding, therefore several of us had rooms at this location. I stayed with my sister, mother and 8 month old daughter. Even though our apartment wasn't as renovated as some of the others our family were staying in, ours was the most spacious and had the most natural light. We loved our apartment and would choose to stay there again.

Another great stay at the Waikiki Banyon This has become our favorite place to stay in Oahu. The units are comfortable, parking is a real plus, and the staff have always been helpful. The concierge on this last visit was a real miracle worker - getting us ATV rides. We only had 1 complaint - and really it was not major - the coffee maker did not work and there was no response from the company when we reported it. We did finally call back and get someone but basically had no coffee maker. Being clever you can use it like a drip pot and just pour hot water through the top. Stayed 10 nights from 3 November 2104 The polite description of the condo is that it is tired. In fact with a few exceptions the whole place furniture and fittings needs renovated. In particular the water flow from the shower was vey poor and the noise from the fridge was actually louder than the air conditioning. On the plus side it was clean, relatively cheap by Waikiki standards and had a great view of the mountains. We also liked the combination lock on the door meaning we did not need to carry a key around with us.<br/><br/>We would/will book through Ali'i Beach Rentals again but not this condo. 3 nights in waikiki This one bedroom condo was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome view of the mountainside being on the 36th floor. Great location, wonderful view, spacious condo - A+ I originally reserved another property two months ago, but the owner abruptly cancelled my reservation just 10 days before the trip, and I had to find a replacement quickly. The management company for this property was prompt to my inquiry and I feel fortunate to find this condo. Their check-in and check-out directions were detailed and precise. We had a problem with wi-fi, but the agent responded and fixed the problem immediately on Fourth of July. We were very impressed by the extraordinary service. The condo is conveniently located within a block and a half from Waikiki Beach. The room is spacious enough for 4 adults. Being on the 36th floor, I was fascinated by the daytime and evening view (unobstructed) of the mountain. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and equipment for light or serious cooking. The condo also had beach towels and inflatables. It also provided free parking which was a big plus for us. I strongly recommend this condo.

Overall good The condo was neat, clean and close to everything. We loved the location and the view. However, we left an email stating the microwave did not work and it was never fixed during our stay. Great Location - Decent Place This apartment offered a lot but also lacked a few things. There are 3 things that stand out about this place. 1 - The view is amazing. 2 - The place is large. 3 - It's old and needs updating in a major way. We stayed 8 days, and enjoyed each one.<br/>It's a decent condo just a quick walk from the beach, has a beautiful view of the hills, and plenty of parking.<br/>The partition did a decent job of blocking light and noise.<br/>It doesn't have a dishwasher, and had a couple of maintenance needs that I let Ali'i know about, but but the lack of a dishwasher isn't much of a problem if you don't plan on eating inside as much as we did.<br/>In case the Marco Polo fire (an entirely different building at least a mile down the road) concerned you: the Banyan Tower II building, at least, just upgraded its fire alarm system, planned since before that fire, and has a fire suppression sprinkler system.

very good location. Nice view, building amenities very good. Alii's rental management and staff very organized and responsive. maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people. strictly speaking is not a 1 bedroom as part of the unit can be closed off by a sliding door. Apartment itself very dated and really in need of renovation. carpet old, blinds are not functioning properly.most of nonstick pan and pots are badly scratched and unhealthy to be used. no tea or coffee was provided to get us going. my flight was late in the evening and it would have been good not to have to go shopping first thing in the morning. Also, it would be good to provide toilet papers and kitchen roles as these are usually sold in big packages and does not make sense to be purchased by the renter. I will rent again if it is renovated

The unit description is accurate and well maintained. It had all the utensils, cookware, appliances and linens available to use. The unit was clean but the carpet could use a deep clean or even replaced. I didn't need to call maintenance for any issues. The fire alarm sounded around midnight one evening and though it was a false alarm the idea of walking down 36 flights of stairs was dreadful especially because it was so late. We had a pleasant stay even though the fire alarms went off twice in our two week stay.

Unit is very, very dated and we would not recommend. We have stayed with Ali'i rentals before but probably will not again. Bed and even the futon were uncomfortable. Roaches very common. Kitchen faucet was hard to shut off. A/C flooded the lanai when used. Light bulbs burned out. Note to future guests - if you happen to rent 2 or more scooters instead of a car the parking attendants would want you to pay for the additional permit at $20/night even though 2 scooters fit in one scooter space. BBQ pits cost to use. Dated and worn. Not cleaned very well. Things/food left on floor under and behind.

This hotel was so great to us. It a 10 min walk from Waikiki beach and this hotels offers beach towels chairs. The view was amazing we can see the mountain from the north and the city light. I will be back and I will stay at banyan again. We were at the 36 floor and we paid amazing deal. This hotel is on the center of everything you can take the bills to places you want to visit near.

We spent ten nights in this great condo. The view from the 36th floor is spectacular. City and even ocean view, "behind" Diamond Head in the distance. Although, a bit dated, it is comfortable and the parking in the building makes this a winner. The BBQ area by the pool was disappointing as they were electric and pay per use. Needless to say, we didn't BBQ. Good value and a great experience. A maintanance call was promptly and nicely done. We will be back!

This unit is in a great location. Walking distance to many places and the management company is very nice to communicate with. Beds and linens were very nice. However, this unit needs some serious updating. Floors were very worn and somewhat dirty, and shower/bathroom was old and tiny. This unit was ok if you are looking for super basic accommodation. The kitchen has barely enough dishes for every day use and no dishwasher so one must do dishes after every meal. Also, the kitchen chairs are wicker and felt rather grungy.

The view was priceless!! Night view was beautiful. Condo on 36th floor--very private, no one can see in from other buildings! Since door has key code, no need to keep track of keys! Nice swimming area. Laundry very convenient! Sundries shop and coffee shop! Close to beach and shopping. Free parking! Lots of extras in closet, even for snorkeling. Price is better than hotels about with less amenities. Yes, aging, but the pluses outweigh the negatives! The high-end hotel we stayed at later will be getting a bad review!

Property management was very professional and very well organized. All the info I needed was given to me a week before my intended stay. Everything was ready upon my arrival. Kitchen was complete - pots, pans, silverware, glasses, utensils, etc. View of gold course and mountains was breathtaking. The place was clean - not a single bug during our entire stay. We've stayed at Waikiki Banyan several times & loved it, location is perfect. This is our first experience with Alii Beach rentals. Mike the maintenance guy is very helpful. Parking was nice. We had 3603 for 2 weeks and 3601 for 1 week. Overall, it was ok experience. 3603 needs major updating. The AC leaked a continual puddle of water on the lanai directly outside of the sliding door. The bathroom light didn't always come on, bathroom fan stopped working. Mike got us a hair dryer. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the futon was great. Beach towels were great, we had 1 rusty old beach chair & thought we would have more beach stuff. Flat screen TV is nice, the remote works poorly. 4 rolls of toilet paper for 2 weeks doesn't cut it. Had to buy bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper and a few other things. Vertical blinds are in bad shape. The water shut off every Tuesday from 9am-4:30pm doesn't work, especially when it's been happening for months and the management company is responsible to inform guests. The

Enjoyed staying here, location is good, if a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, but more than made up for by the free parking, and the bus stop metres from the front entrance. This trip was a lot of firsts for my almost 19 year old daughter and myself. First trip to Hawaii, first time driving a convertible and first time staying at a VRBO. It was a trip to remember. Our trip started out getting a vehicle upgrade to a beetle convertible at no extra charge and then upon arriving at the condo and opening the blinds seeing a spectacular view and a rainbow from the 36th floor. The property had the basic amenities and furniture but that was all that we needed. The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the beach, 5 minute drive from our favourite poke place. It was really all that you could ask for. Property was clean although some of the appliances were dated. Could probably use some newer dishes, cutlery and pots and pans although we didn't use most of them. The added bonus was the free parking. It was so nice not having to worry about finding parking elsewhere or pay enormous rates. Overall, I would recommend this place. Enjoyed seeing a rainbow everyday out of our balcony.

Stove & fridge are VERY old and beyond fixing. The tub was rusted and had been patched in places. Overall, the unit has not been kept up and was definitely not cleaned well before our arrival. The cleaning company did come back after we complained but there are a lot of things that need to be updated. We did like the location, the view and the basic layout of the unit though. Planning to rebook for next year, pending some major changes.

Room was on the 36th floor - had a fantastic, beautiful view of the mountain behind us and the neighborhood lights up the hill - BEAUTIFUL!!! Every sunrise was pretty - and the afternoon rainshowers in the valleys and rainbows were beautiful as well. Fantastic view - fantastic off season price for a family of four! We'd love to come back to the same unit in the future if we get the opportunity to return.

Our first time renting a Condo and we truly enjoyed the experience. Room was clean and spacious. Other than the bathroom. We were most impressed with the kitchen utilities. I believe the pots, pans and dishware were new. We used the blender. It was nice to be able to cook anything! You could use the divider doors between the sitting room and bedroom. Great feature. We prefered the Ocean view but our view was pretty amazing because there was 3 windows to look out of. The only disappointment was the shower head, hardly any pressure or water. The towels were also new but I recommend using old towels because we were constanting picking off the fluff from our faces. The pool and hot tub was great! Location was perfect, close to shopping and many restaurants. We were only minutes from the Waikiki beach. No parking fees and free WIFI. Nice to have Flat TV screen. It would have been nice to have a clock radio. Lobby staff was friendly and helpful.<br/>Thanks and we will surely be back!
