RENTAL RATE INCLUDES: Property rental for a maximum of : 4 for 1 bedroom_&_ 6 for 2 bedroom & 8 for 3 bedroom__occupants dand check-in service at the property. ADDITIONAL CHARGES/NOT INCLUDED: The rental rate does not include security/damage deposit,transfers, baggage handling, maid service, chef service, food, beverages, personal laundry service, extra person charges, excessive out-cleaning charges or any other items or services not specifically listed in this agreement.SECURITY/DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT: In addition to the rental charges this property requires a security/damage guarantee, to assure payment for damages exceeding normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning costs, long distance phone charges and any other items which may be charged to the guest’s incidentals account during occupancy. This deposit can be made in the form of a Credit Card Authorization, in lieu of cash payment. If no Credit Card Authorization is on file, a $500 cash deposit must be received 60 days prior to arrival, or when Final Payment is made. This deposit will be held as a security deposit for 14 days at which time it will be changed to an incidental deposit balance to be refunded within 45 - 60 days.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS: A reservation is being held for the dates specified above. We must receive a signed copy of this completed Rental Agreement, and the applicable deposit/payment, by thedate shown below or the reservation will automatically be canceled. We must receive the $500 deposit and 50% of rental amount within seven business days by a check, or credit card. Reservations require 50% due upon booking and the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.$500 refundable security deposit due upon booking to reserve dates requested. ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT TERMS
You must sign this Agreement and make your required payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Once your signed agreement and your deposit or full rental fee are received, a confirmation will be issued to you. If you do not receive a confirmation this does not void this agreement.
If your required payment is a deposit, the balance of your full payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. By authorizing a deposit payment via credit card, you are also authorizing the same credit card to be charged for the balance of the total charges 60 days prior to the check in date of your rental period. This additional authorization shall be exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at the time the balance becomes due. If you book your rental less than 60 days in advance of your stay, we will charge your full payment immediately by credit card. If the card will not process, you will be liable for the remaining balance due and authorize us to charge your credit card account on file, exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at that time, until your outstanding balance is satisfied. Once we receive your payment in full, as a courtesy we will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation notice to confirm receipt of payment.
FAILURE TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT ON A TIMELY BASIS WILL RESULT IN PROPERTY MANAGER HAVING THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITH THE INITIAL DEPOSIT PAID 100% NON-REFUNDABLE IN KEEPING WITH OUR NO-CANCELLATION POLICY, TO WHICH YOU AGREE TO BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT.
NO-CANCELLATION AND NO-REFUND POLICY
WHILE PROPERTY MANAGER MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT BY THE REQUIRED DATE, YOU MAY NOT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AT ANY TIME ONCE THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS SUBMITTED AND YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee are not part of the initial deposit to hold the rental. The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment, therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking.
Collected money is non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and Property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental service payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 15% of deposit(s) paid. Customer shall give Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to clean the rental that you might deem dirty upon check in. Customer also gives Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to address any allegations that bugs or pests are in the rental. Ultimately, in order for you to claim the premises are unacceptable due to issues of cleanliness or bug/pest infestation, you must obtain a third-party opinion letter within forty eight (48) hours of arrival, (from a professional not staying in the rental that has physically witnessed the issue) to corroborate any allegations of poor quality services or accommodations.
Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. As a valued Customer, we want to do everything possible to make your trip is enjoyable and worry free. Since the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend (but do not require) CSA's Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager's discretion. There is no "reasonable" change of accommodation that this agreement requires Property Manager to make.
If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager's employees or contractors, KPC will work in good faith to help Property Manager and Customer reach a mutually acceptable resolution..
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $150.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Property Manager of the rental.


*Full Forfeiture: Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued to the extent of the dollar value the unit(s) is re-rented during the same dates as the cancelled reservation.
No refunds will be made for late check-ins; early check-outs, no-shows or for booked but unused services. Refunds will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The property rented becomes unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found; or, 2.) The property is sold by Owner, and no acceptable substitution is agreed upon, or,
The Property Manager strongly recommends the purchase of trip interruption/trip cancelation insurance to help protect against financial losses if trip delay or cancelation is necessitated by certain kinds of unforeseen circumstances.

LIABILITY: The Property Manager or its employees, subagents or assigns, (hereafter jointly and severally referred to as Agent) acts only as a marketing agent for the property Owner, and other suppliers providing accommodations, property management, and guest services. Agent does not own or manage any property offered for rental and does not exercise control over or have direct supervision of the respective owners, managers or service providers. If accommodations or services must be substituted for any reason, Agent, Owner and Manager will act in good faith and use their best efforts to substitute accommodations or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted and that are acceptable to Guest(s). Agent, Owner or Manager, upon just cause, reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service(s) to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.
INDEMNIFICATION & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The undersigned Guests/Occupants understand andacknowledge that the Owner, Manager or Agent is not responsible for loss, damage or theft ofGuest’s/Occupant’s personal property and that they bear the financial responsibility for the rentalcontracted for loss, damage or theft of guest’s, occupant’s and invitees’ personal property and formalicious, negligent or incidental damages to the property by any occupant(s), guest(s) or vendors(s)invited onto the property and are the only occupants with legal standing in any matter(s) of dispute orlitigation which might arise pursuant to, or in consequence of, any accommodations or services providedor as substituted under the rental agreement. Guests/Occupants acknowledge and agree that Agent,Owner or Manager shall not be held liable for any loss, expense, damage or claim for injury whetherdirect, indirect, consequential or otherwise; whatsoever or howsoever caused or incurred; whether arising in contract
or otherwise in law or in equity as a result of the rendering or the services or accommodations as herein described or as substituted and including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s) or change(s) in the provision of accommodations or services by Agent, Owner or Manager or by reason of military actions, revolution, acts of God, or by agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever in supplying any of the accommodations or services as described herein or as substituted.

August Vacation Nice, spacious and convenient unit. The pool was just steps away from the lanai. Even with 8 people there was plenty of space. However,the WiFi did not work and that was disappointing.

A perfect villa in a great location We always rent through VRBO for each island we visit. This is by far the nicest villa to date that we've stayed in. Gated, heated beautiful pool, garage, and central air conditioning. Everything was as described and we had no issues or reason to call the property management during the stay. I did call a few times in months leading up to the stay and they were very helpful, professional, and nice. Property and villa were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will absolutely rent again when returning to the big island. The location has everything you need no more than a couple minutes away with the "Queen" shops and "King" shops. This location is a 30+ minute drive from Kona, but the advantage is you're so close to the big Island's best beaches. Only wish or recommendation would be a Keurig coffee maker for the unit, and the ice maker in the fridge is low output. "Reminder notes" in and around the villa are a little much also. Overall though, would give the property and villa more than 5 stars if I could.

Great Vacation, Great Place to Stay Townhouse was exactly as listed, was great for our two families (4 adults and 3 kids), the kids loved the arcade game upstairs, everything was clean and well stocked. The facility is great location in Waikoloa as it is right across from Market. Pool and Communal BBQ area are right there and we used them lots. Would highly recommend this unit.

Large Spacious Condo, Great for Families My wife, Mom, and 18 month old really loved our stay in D1. The unit is large, clean and newly renovated. The garage was stocked with everything you could need at the beach with plenty of boogie boards, sand toys, snorkels, fins, beach chairs and umbrellas which was great. The management company was great to deal with and very responsive with our questions and needs. We had a couple small issues while we were there and they were quick to respond and resolve the issues. The location is great, we love that part of the Island as there are some of the Island's best beaches nearby such as Hapuna, Beach 69 and Mana Kea. There were a few small things that could be improved upon. The mattress in the Master bedroom was very uncomfortable and was lumpy and sagged in areas and could use an upgrade. The kitchen was actually well stocked with pots and pans compared to other rentals we have stayed in but the knives could use sharpening. There ere also notes posted around the house threatening fines for certain thing which we found a bit tacky. I understand there have probably been issues with this in the past but I think leaving these notes was just a little overboard. Lastly, there were 3 pack n plays in the unit so it was a bit weird that they charged us for using one. Overall, those are small things and we really loved staying in D1.

Anniversary Our stay was exceptional with kohala coast properties employees were very responsive and professional <br/>To our concerns and needs.<br/>The only disappointment was the management on property<br/>Property was in a remodel construction and using up park places<br/>The condo owner did not let us use garage so the personnel was rude and unaccomdating to our problem with parking<br/>I would definite contact personnel at kohala for future vacations

Relaxing Vacation Home Property is conveniently located across from Queen's Marketplace and Kings Shops. It's spacious, has the basic amenities, and is true to the photos listed. Though the drain in the master shower was clogged, management quickly resolved the issue. However, there were a few things that need to be looked at. Sheets were musty smelling probably due to being damp when beds were made. Had to re-wash it all but the smell permeated the master bedroom comforter. The light outside the front door & over the left side of the master bath didn't light. Teflon pots were scratched so we didn't use them. The kettle was burnt on the inside. Some of plastic utensils were melted. Though the garage already had the owner's car in it, we were provided another close by. Overall, the town home provided a relaxing vacation. The proximity of the pool was great.

July 10-19, 2016 Ideal location as you can walk to the beach, restaurants, market and shopping. If/when we return to Waikoloa I would definitely rent this same unit!<br/><br/>Everything was great with D1 except the Master Bathroom shower. We ended up standing in several inches of water every time we showered. The drain needs to be cleaned out!

Awesome Family Vacation in Hawaii The vacation rental was awesome and in the right location. We loved the beautiful surroundings and the quick access to the pool. vacation stay We were satisfied with the stay, the only things that I would recommend the owners provide are:<br/>plastic glassware, more beach chairs. When you have a property that has 3 bedrooms there were only 2 beach chairs and one child beach chair. We were only able to get one more beach chair from the mgmt company. That made it an issue for us whenever we went to the beach we had to share the chairs. We could not park our rental car in the garage, We were told by other friends who own units in the complex that it is mandatory that renters are able to use the garage. The washer and dryer were hard to use as the bifold doors hindered opening of the laundry detergent.The dishwasher did not work properly but when contacted the mgmt company did send someone right away to fix the machine.

Awesome-sauce First of all the property is beautiful and we would stay here again. Great Location Our family of 7 stayed in this condo for 6 nights in June. The condo was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit with (3) couches and (1 loveseat downstairs. We loved hanging out at the pool just outside our door. NOTE: If the pool was crowded, we would go to the pool at the other end of the property. Some days we were the only ones there. There are several excellent beaches down the road such as: Hapuna State Park or the beach at Mauna Kea (if you go there, you need to arrive early as they only have about 20-30 places to park). We felt it was safe enough for the 3 teenage girls to walk across the street to the shops. There were more than enough DVD's to watch including the video game upstairs. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. We had a blast and would recommend this property.

Hawaiian Heaven The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Good location within walking distance to beach and shopping. Michelle was very helpful and provided what ever we needed. Should have fixed things before we got there or let us know they were broken. Blinds on both sliding doors upstairs and down were broken and unusable, which was unfortunate considering we either could use the upstairs lanai or have upstairs shower exposed to other units. The dishwasher was broken and difficult to close and the washer and dryer moved so much in the closet area was difficult to open doors to soap and dryer. Not sure the washer was working properly. Hopefully everything will be fixed for the next folks cause it could be a great place to stay with a little attention.

Awesome Condo It had all of the comforts of home in a "house like" setting. Right outside of the pool and grill. All of the beds were very comfy and we hated to leave! I loved the location because we were able to walk to shopping and the beach.

Hurricane? What Hurricane? This rental was wonderful. A great place to hang out, or drive to sight see. We got to see Hurricane Irene come over the volcano, and swam with dolphins. Luckily, Irene took a hard left and our vacation was not interrupted.<br/>We loved using the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, etc. The decor was above what I usually expect in a rental and the beds were very comfy. We didn't have any problems with the air staying on (as long as the doors were closed) as I'd read in other reviews, but it was a little hard to keep the whole place comfortable (too hot downstairs, too cool upstairs). <br/>We loved all of the nearby beaches. Hapuna was best for sand and boogie boarding. Mauna Kea for snorkeling (looooong walk from parking - especially with a 5 year old!). Look at for beaches. Lava Lava beach club and Sansei...yum! Go up the hill to Waikoloa Village market for groceries. Much better prices. Have fun! We did!

Wonderful Stay ! Overall, the property was very excellent and we<br/>enjoyed to stay. But, we had the problem of the<br/>gate code #7074 which is described on Confirmation letter #1058K didn't work for all days we stayed. We tried to contact by calling several times but always absent answer for voice recording and havn't had any response.<br/>Finally, by an e-mail, received an answer that<br/>the gate code was correct and tried it per instruction but actually didn't work. We had to wait at the gate closed for someone to follow us who opened it for the five days stay. Great place to stay. We had a great time at Villas D1. Location is great! We were located close to the pool and BQ area, but there was no noise. Inside is completely updated. Stylish furniture. The kitchen is completed with everything you need for cooking family meal. You can also walk to the nearest restaurants. There is one car garage and you can also park other car on guest parking. The only problem we had was sleapary sofa at loft. It did not work. But air mattress was provided. Overoll it is very good place to stay. We love it! Can't wait to return back there.

Winter Getaway We arrived Friday Feb.17-Feb 24. we were pleasantly surprised of the condo. The pictures don't do it justice. The property was very well maintained and the condo had everything imagineagle that you'd need to complete your trip. We felt very at home, and love the conveinance of the laundry facilities. The pool area was great, the outdoor sitting area wonderful. The balcony off the master bedroom simply perfect. We had 3 children and the video games upstairs and downstairs was great. we traveled with another family and had them over a few nights cooked dinner and had a great time. Would hightly recommend these accomodations. The property management from Aleisa and Marissa were top notch. Very easy to work with and very accomodating. Great vacation. Thank you!!!

Great Time on Our Stay This is a fabulous place to stay with all the amenities. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay and the property managers are excellent. The only issue I would have is their cleaning fee and policy. The cleaning fee is $225, which is excessive considering that before you leave you have to wash the beach towels, take out the garbage, wash the dishes, and start a load of house towels before you leave and if you don't you can get charged an excess cleaning fee. If this is the case, what are the cleaners doing for $225? Vacuum, wipe down the counters, change and wash sheets, swish the toilets and maybe clean the floors? I don't mind paying for the fee as long as I'm paying for something..

Awesome place for Vacation The house and everything about it was perfect. Shops are nice and close, pool is a couple steps away, beach is a short walk. Great location, great vacation! this was our third stay in this unit, we love the location, close to shopping and beaches. the complex is beautiful and the grounds are maintained like a botanical garden. The pool is right next to the unit. The unit is furnished beautifully and has everything you need for a great stay - boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, coolers and the kitchen is well stocked. Awesome townhome vacation rental. We were very impressed with the vacation rental. Furnishings were gorgeous and it was equipped with just about everything you could need while on vacation. Loved the master bedroom and bath and the town-home unit is very well engineered. Our villa was right by the pool and the BBQ area, so situated nicely. It was also very quiet and peaceful which our elderly aunts enjoyed. My husband and I dived with Big Island Divers in Kona, had some great dives, especially the Manta night dive (not to be missed!) We will definitely be back!

August, 2012 Big Island condo - worth it. The property was comfortable, beautiful and spacious. Location was great. We appreciated the informative books about Hawaii and loved the old video game machine.<br/><br/>Couch in loft was broken and we were planning on using. They did have an airmattress, but it would have been nice to have known in advance. Also, the a/c constantly went off because of the bad sensor connections. We would then have a scavenger hunt trying to find out which window or door was not connecting properly.

Great townhouse for a family vacation Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community with impressive townhouses and superb landscaping. It has two kid-friendly pools and one (tiny!) fitness center. We immediately loved the place. The shopping center on the other side of the road is very convenient. Villa D1 itself is a great place to stay. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with good quality furniture. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (except for champagne flutes). The living room is comfortable and the kids enjoyed playing on the PS3 at night. There is a large collection of DVDs including children DVDs which proved convenient to keep the kids entertained in the car when we drove around the island. There is also a Blu Ray player but you need to bring your own discs. The patio downstairs is perfect for diner especially when you use the BBQ; and the balcony off the Master is a good place to relax. The Villa has its own garage but we could barely fit our Suburban in it so we used the open parking spaces in front of the house most of the time. Our only negative comment relates to the A/C. The sensors on the sliding doors don’t work properly and the A/C went off regularly without warning. That was very annoying. Hopefully that will be fixed in the future. As a location, Waikoloa Beach is nice and upscale but the place we enjoyed the most was the stretch of coast starting in Kailua-Kona (40 min south via hwy 19). It has plenty of restaurants, stores, surf shops, and at least one fun beach for boogie boards. We would drive there almost every day.

We always rent through VRBO for each island we visit. This is by far the nicest villa to date that we've stayed in. Gated, heated beautiful pool, garage, and central air conditioning. Everything was as described and we had no issues or reason to call the property management during the stay. I did call a few times in months leading up to the stay and they were very helpful, professional, and nice. Property and villa were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will absolutely rent again when returning to the big island. The location has everything you need no more than a couple minutes away with the "Queen" shops and "King" shops. This location is a 30+ minute drive from Kona, but the advantage is you're so close to the big Island's best beaches. Only wish or recommendation would be a Keurig coffee maker for the unit, and the ice maker in the fridge is low output. "Reminder notes" in and around the villa are a little much also. My wife, Mom, and 18 month old really loved our stay in D1. The unit is large, clean and newly renovated. The garage was stocked with everything you could need at the beach with plenty of boogie boards, sand toys, snorkels, fins, beach chairs and umbrellas which was great. The management company was great to deal with and very responsive with our questions and needs. We had a couple small issues while we were there and they were quick to respond and resolve the issues. The location is great, we love that part of the Island as there are some of the Island's best beaches nearby such as Hapuna, Beach 69 and Mana Kea. There were a few small things that could be improved upon. The mattress in the Master bedroom was very uncomfortable and was lumpy and sagged in areas and could use an upgrade. The kitchen was actually well stocked with pots and pans compared to other rentals we have stayed in but the knives could use sharpening. Property is conveniently located across from Queen's Marketplace and Kings Shops. It's spacious, has the basic amenities, and is true to the photos listed. Though the drain in the master shower was clogged, management quickly resolved the issue. However, there were a few things that need to be looked at. Sheets were musty smelling probably due to being damp when beds were made. Had to re-wash it all but the smell permeated the master bedroom comforter. The light outside the front door & over the left side of the master bath didn't light. Teflon pots were scratched so we didn't use them. The kettle was burnt on the inside. Some of plastic utensils were melted. Though the garage already had the owner's car in it, we were provided another close by. Overall, the town home provided a relaxing vacation. The proximity of the pool was great.

We were satisfied with the stay, the only things that I would recommend the owners provide are:<br/>plastic glassware, more beach chairs. When you have a property that has 3 bedrooms there were only 2 beach chairs and one child beach chair. We were only able to get one more beach chair from the mgmt company. That made it an issue for us whenever we went to the beach we had to share the chairs. We could not park our rental car in the garage, We were told by other friends who own units in the complex that it is mandatory that renters are able to use the garage. The washer and dryer were hard to use as the bifold doors hindered opening of the laundry detergent.The dishwasher did not work properly but when contacted the mgmt company did send someone right away to fix the machine.

The house and everything about it was perfect. Shops are nice and close, pool is a couple steps away, beach is a short walk. The house has beautiful furniture and is very spacious and has all the amenities you'd need. The rental agency ladies are very helpful and take care of any questions you have. Great Vacation Spot!!!

What a great vacation spot! The complex was in a nice location with convenient walking to beach, stores and restaurants. The unit was huge and clean, perfect for our family of four. The unit's location right by the pool and BBQ were great. We really appreciated how well stocked it was, we had everything we needed, it felt just like home. Thank you.

this was our third stay in this unit, we love the location, close to shopping and beaches. the complex is beautiful and the grounds are maintained like a botanical garden. The pool is right next to the unit. The unit is furnished beautifully and has everything you need for a great stay - boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, coolers and the kitchen is well stocked. We will come back again and again.

Our stay there was really nice. The condo was very beautifully decorated, the kitchen had lots of dishes to cook with, washrooms had lots of towels, many amenities to list. It was close to everything we needed to make our stay there enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

We were very impressed with the vacation rental. Furnishings were gorgeous and it was equipped with just about everything you could need while on vacation. Loved the master bedroom and bath and the town-home unit is very well engineered. Our villa was right by the pool and the BBQ area, so situated nicely. It was also very quiet and peaceful which our elderly aunts enjoyed. My husband and I dived with Big Island Divers in Kona, had some great dives, especially the Manta night dive (not to be missed!) We will definitely be back!

The property was comfortable, beautiful and spacious. Location was great. We appreciated the informative books about Hawaii and loved the old video game machine.<br/><br/>Couch in loft was broken and we were planning on using. They did have an airmattress, but it would have been nice to have known in advance. Also, the a/c constantly went off because of the bad sensor connections. We would then have a scavenger hunt trying to find out which window or door was not connecting properly.

The condo was very nice. There were a few things that were wrong. Master show leaks,Dishwasher needs to be a fixed, hard to close. But will stay again.

Waikoloa Beach Villas is a gated community with impressive townhouses and superb landscaping. It has two kid-friendly pools and one (tiny!) fitness center. We immediately loved the place. The shopping center on the other side of the road is very convenient. Villa D1 itself is a great place to stay. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with good quality furniture. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (except for champagne flutes). The living room is comfortable and the kids enjoyed playing on the PS3 at night. There is a large collection of DVDs including children DVDs which proved convenient to keep the kids entertained in the car when we drove around the island. There is also a Blu Ray player but you need to bring your own discs. The patio downstairs is perfect for diner especially when you use the BBQ; and the balcony off the Master is a good place to relax. The Villa has its own garage but we could barely fit our Suburban in it so we used the open parking spaces in front of t
