RENTAL PROMOTIONS: All offers, discounts or special rate reductions advertised are applicable within the specific stated time frame only. Discounts apply to reservations with arrival dates during the stated promotional period on a first-come, first-serve basis. All listed prices, whether discounted or otherwise, are subject to change without notice. Certain restrictions or limitations may apply. Hawaii taxes and checkout-housekeeping fee will be applied. SECURITY DEPOSIT. Security deposit must be received within 7 days to confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be refunded within three weeks following departure less any expenses for long distance telephone calls, repairs, missing items, damages, or cancellation fees. The security deposit may not be applied to the rental amount. PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Full payment including unpaid security deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival. All payments including security deposit may be paid by personal check payable to the Property Manager. Payments may also be made by the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover. CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellation fee $50 if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of security deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full rental payment. A refund will be issued if unit is re-rented at the same rate. If unit is rented at a reduced rate, then the difference will be deducted from any refund you may receive. KEYS AND GATE ACCESS CARDS. Lost or damaged front door keys or project gate cards will be charged at $25 each; lost pool keys up to $50 each. MAID SERVICE: No housekeeping services are provided. A mid-stay cleaning may be requested with advance notice for a fee. SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in any unit including the lanai. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES. Minimum check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkouts may incur an additional charge. Extended stay by authorization of the Property Manager only. Extended stay up to 3:00 PM is subject to half-night surcharge; extended stay later than 3:00 PM is subject to a full-night surcharge. Note: If, due to an unforeseen emergency (such as where the safety of guests might be at risk) or other unusual event, we are unable to accommodate you in the particular unit you have requested we will make every attempt to furnish you with another unit in a comparable size and/or style. The Property Manager reserves the right to enter a unit to address important maintenance issues, inspections, safety matters, or any other concerns. As a courtesy, we will provide advance notice and make every attempt to accommodate guests’ schedules in order to prevent or minimize any disruptions. In the event that the Property Manager is unable to make the rental property available for any reason, guest agrees that the Property Manager ’s sole liability as a result of such unavailability is to provide a full refund of all monies paid under this Agreement, and guest expressly acknowledges that in no event shall the Property Manager be liable for any special or consequential damages which may result from such unavailability.

Another amazing stay at Shores #7 This is our fourth time staying at this unit. We absolutely LOVE it, and truly consider it to be our "home away from home". <br/><br/>We are captivated by the views, the incredible sunsets, and love the light and space provided by the expanse of windows and high loft ceilings. <br/><br/>Very pleased with all the improvements done to it too!<br/><br/>We love this property and the company that manages it as they are so great to work with and very responsive. Waikoloa Villa 7 Beautiful place, would stay again. Villa 7 was nicely decorated but the beds were uncomfortable, maybe a mattress toppers would help. Pool and hot tub was great! Villa had everything we needed even beach items. Main bathroom was not working for our entire stay but we did fine since each bedroom had a master bathroom. Loved that parking was in carport right in front of Villa.<br/>Peggy with Waikoloa Reality was wonderful! She answered questions quickly and accommodated us with another place due to our flight leaving late, she definitely provides excellent customer service. Peggy you need a raise!<br/>Hoping to return next year! Mahaolo

Too short a stay We spend a great week enjoying the beaches and summer clothes in a beautiful setting and in a great condo. We would certainly be happy to come back and we would definitely stay longer as one week is too short. If I had a few recommendations, it would be great to have access to some bicycles with locks and a map with all the different trails. I also urge you to develop a way to recycle things.

Awesome Stay It was our 4th stay in the shores, this time for 3 weeks and it was certainly not our last stay there. The villa was in great shape and had everything we needed. We love this condo with the nice view from the lanai and the amazing sunset. As always working with Waikoloa Realty was so great. Peggy is always so helpful and nice. Hoping to return next year!

Shores Condo We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The huge lanai has amazing sunset views. The two master bedrooms had great ensuite bathrooms. The unit is spacious, with high ceilings in the living room. The sofa was really comfortable and appeared to be fairly new. All the furniture was in good condition. Peggy was quick to respond and followup on any issues. We have stayed at various condos at the Vista, Fairways and Colony Villas in the past. This was the best one that we have stayed at. Living here We have stayed here before. The dishwasher was not good two yrs ago, did not use it much this time. Worn out. They came to put wood under cushions in living room. Helped. The spring in our bed was worn out. Like the condo a lot, but it needs investment.

Shores #7 Jan 2018 We absolutely love this condo and this complex. It is our third stay here. It is spacious and airy, with a beautiful unobstructed view and incredible sunsets. <br/><br/>The property was very clean, and the property management is wonderful to deal with (very quick and responsive to questions/inquiries, super efficient wrt to booking etc). I marked the condition down a bit as the sofa is just starting to look a bit "tired".

We&#x2019;ll be back! This is our 3rd time staying in this condo, and certainly not the last. It&#x2019;s clean and comfortable and the lanai views are amazing. It&#x2019;s a perfect home base for us as we enjoy the big island, our home away from home. Peggy is always SO helpful as well. We&#x2019;d highly recommend this condo!

A dream view This condo exceeded our expectations for sure! Beautiful inside and out- the lanai is perfect. Wraps around with a view of the ocean, a perfectly manicured golf course, oh and a sunset every night! They had coolers and nice beach chairs and toys for us to use. Great accommodations -didn't want to leave. Will definitely look to stay here as soon as we can get back to Hawaii! Wonderful stay in a great condo It was our third time in the Shores. We booked again through Waikoloa Realty and they provided an excellent service. When we stepped into the condo we immediately felt like coming home. Hopefully we will return next year.

Lanai time! The location of this condo is excellent and the view equally good. The lania was the unit&#x2019;s best feature; large, gentle breezes and a great view of the golf course and ocean views, You can also hear the ocean in the early morning and in the evening. The unit itself is dated and in need of some upgrades, but we overlooked that due to the the location and lania. Peggy at the property management company was very professional and helpful.

A great space, location, and management. Before we arrived, Peggy was already working to assure a positive experience. She alerted us that some furnishings were showing some wear.. However, everything was clean and comfortable. What a wonderful space! The lanai was a perfect place to enjoy sunsets with view of the ocean across the golf greens and trees. The condo has two full master suites which is perfect for two couples. The suites are separated by a great living space with high ceilings and lots of window light. The kitchen was fully stocked with many extras not found in previous condos we&#x2019;ve rented. <br/><br/>The location was perfect for walking or driving. Walking across the golf cart paths made getting to Waikoloa beaches, shopping, and resort amenities a breeze. The attached covered carport was close to the gate which allowed for quick escape to Big Island snorkeling and hiking.<br/><br/>Being on the island in September is the hottest time of the year. When the AC went out, Peggy worked near miracles to find a technician to repair it before we returned from our daily activities away from the condo. She even had contingencies ready in case that effort failed.<br/><br/>All in all, the location, the condo floor plan, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen, and the customer care makes us hope to return.

Our home away from home We had a relaxing , comfortable, stay. the spacious terrace that overlooks the golf course is where we enjoyed all our meals. We've been returning here for almost 30 years. Needless to say, we like it a lot !

The Shores #7 We loved this condo! The rental process was simple and dealing with Peggy was a breeze. She was easy to reach via phone call or text to answer any of our questions. The property description and pictures are accurate. The condo is very roomy and comfortable with two large master bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. The large lani was our favorite spot to spend our time. You can see the ocean over the tree tops from the lani (as the pictures show on the website). Having previously rented condos that face west toward the water we knew that the sun would be strong and hot on the lani in the 3 hours before sunset. This condo does not have any window coverings or drapes in the living room that would allow you block out the sun. That made getting out of the glare of the setting sun a little uncomfortable for a few hours each day. Despite the lack of window coverings in the living room I recommend this condo and would stay here again. This property is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. This unit is not recommended if anyone in your party is unable to manage stairs.
