RENTAL PROMOTIONS: All offers, discounts or special rate reductions advertised are applicable within the specific stated time frame only. Discounts apply to reservations with arrival dates during the stated promotional period on a first-come, first-serve basis. All listed prices, whether discounted or otherwise, are subject to change without notice. Certain restrictions or limitations may apply. Hawaii taxes and checkout-housekeeping fee will be applied. SECURITY DEPOSIT. Security deposit must be received within 7 days to confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be refunded within three weeks following departure less any expenses for long distance telephone calls, repairs, missing items, damages, or cancellation fees. The security deposit may not be applied to the rental amount. PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Full payment including unpaid security deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival. All payments including security deposit may be paid by personal check payable to the Property Manager. Payments may also be made by the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover. CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellation fee $50 if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of security deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full rental payment. A refund will be issued if unit is re-rented at the same rate. If unit is rented at a reduced rate, then the difference will be deducted from any refund you may receive. KEYS AND GATE ACCESS CARDS. Lost or damaged front door keys or project gate cards will be charged at $25 each; lost pool keys up to $50 each. MAID SERVICE: No housekeeping services are provided. A mid-stay cleaning may be requested with advance notice for a fee. SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in any unit including the lanai. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES. Minimum check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkouts may incur an additional charge. Extended stay by authorization of the Property Manager only. Extended stay up to 3:00 PM is subject to half-night surcharge; extended stay later than 3:00 PM is subject to a full-night surcharge. Note: If, due to an unforeseen emergency (such as where the safety of guests might be at risk) or other unusual event, we are unable to accommodate you in the particular unit you have requested we will make every attempt to furnish you with another unit in a comparable size and/or style. The Property Manager reserves the right to enter a unit to address important maintenance issues, inspections, safety matters, or any other concerns. As a courtesy, we will provide advance notice and make every attempt to accommodate guests’ schedules in order to prevent or minimize any disruptions. In the event that the Property Manager is unable to make the rental property available for any reason, guest agrees that the Property Manager ’s sole liability as a result of such unavailability is to provide a full refund of all monies paid under this Agreement, and guest expressly acknowledges that in no event shall the Property Manager be liable for any special or consequential damages which may result from such unavailability.

Outstanding! First time stay in 315 for 12 nights and second stay at Shores. Will definitely return again. Enjoyed the kitchen island and how it opens to the living room. Spacious feel. Complete, with every imaginable cooking need. Grill right on the lanai is a plus. Peggy is an incredibly kind and helpful property manager to work with. Already looking forward to next return again!! Good location witz hugh lanai We have been five times in Vista or Shores and find Shores 315 the best choice. It is well equipped and cleen and you immediately feel at home. Peggy was very helpful ( like always). We had a wonderfull two weeks stay in this unit. Great base for exploring island with a fabulous kitchen Did a week long stay and this unit was perfect for us two. The grill on the lanai was super convenient and my husband couldn't stop raving about the kitchen layout! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials (cookware, spices...) to cook at home. There was also boogie boards, noodles, umbrella, and chairs for beach days, which is a must-have! The cable/smart TV plus reclining couch made for the ultimate relaxing week on the Big Island.

Amazing I stayed at the shores for two weeks this trip - the unit I stayed in 315 was beautifully appointed. Kitchen was a dream - very quiet unit - never had problems with too much noise. I would definitely recommend staying at The Shores and those of you that can do a one bedroom most definitely unit 315. I will be back!)

Clean, quiet, good location My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was very clean and had every amenity you could ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. We found the bathroom quite warm.<br/><br/>Peggy from Waikoloa Realty was a pleasure to work with. Her communication was excellent. We had an a/c issue, but she was on it and got it resolved quickly. You really didn't need the a/c at night with doors open to enjoy the breezes. The owner of this property is lucky to have Peggy managing it.<br/><br/>The property itself is beautiful. The grounds were immaculate and the pool/hot tub well taken care of. Even though this condo only had a peak of the ocean, we could walk across the road to watch the sunset (even enjoyed the turtles resting on the rocks).<br/><br/>The condo is close to shops and eateries. The Island Gourmet Market is amazing!<br/><br/>We would definitely stay at this condo, again.

big island stay This accommodation was ideal for our time on Hawaii while attending a medical conference. Convenient location to hike, golf, beach, relax and dine.

The Hueg' stay. The property was very good.<br/>We enjoyed our visit.<br/>Forgot to check our flight back and it had been cancelled. Made for a 8 hour wait in the Kona Terminal on hard seats. <br/>The HOT TUB was busted again.

Outstanding accommodation This was everything we could have wanted, and more, for a week's stay around our son's wedding. We were particularly grateful to the rental manager, Peggy, who came out with her technician on the Sunday evening we arrived to fix the wifi, without which we couldn't have been in touch with other family members.

Terrific all around! Beautiful Suite. Top floor with views of the lovely landscaping and pools - a horizon view of the ocean. Our favorite was the two-sided, beautifully furnished wrap around deck! Excellent all around.

Great location and condo Very happy with this condo. Had everything we needed. Beach chairs/umbrellas/towels/wave boards/ice chest. The condo was very pretty. It list being a smart TV/ but we couldn&#x2019;t make that work- so we hooked up our laptop to the tv and it was perfect. The king bed is very firm. It was a very quiet location with a peekaboo ocean view. Loved that! Peggy was very helpful with our reservations and questions.

Great condo Recently stayed 10 nites at the Shores 315. The condo was recently renovated and in excellent condition. The big well stocked kitchen was a joy to have.<br/> The large lanai was truly enjoyable with very comfortable furniture. It also had a gas grill which came in handy on several occasions <br/> The rental process was fast and easy and Peggy was very easy to work with. She always responded in a timely manner and was always very pleasant.<br/> In spite of a few minor issues, we would highly recommend this condo and property manager. We look forward to staying here again.<br/><br/>

Great condo and resort! The condo is very nice and spacious! It is stocked with everything you will need and even more. We loved the big lanai and stargazing in the evening. We think this is the best resort in this area because it is close to everything, including a basic grocery store. It is very private and perfect.
