RENTAL PROMOTIONS: All offers, discounts or special rate reductions advertised are applicable within the specific stated time frame only. Discounts apply to reservations with arrival dates during the stated promotional period on a first-come, first-serve basis. All listed prices, whether discounted or otherwise, are subject to change without notice. Certain restrictions or limitations may apply. Hawaii taxes and checkout-housekeeping fee will be applied. SECURITY DEPOSIT. Security deposit must be received within 7 days to confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be refunded within three weeks following departure less any expenses for long distance telephone calls, repairs, missing items, damages, or cancellation fees. The security deposit may not be applied to the rental amount. PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Full payment including unpaid security deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival. All payments including security deposit may be paid by personal check payable to the Property Manager. Payments may also be made by the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover. CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellation fee $50 if cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of security deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full rental payment. A refund will be issued if unit is re-rented at the same rate. If unit is rented at a reduced rate, then the difference will be deducted from any refund you may receive. KEYS AND GATE ACCESS CARDS. Lost or damaged front door keys or project gate cards will be charged at $25 each; lost pool keys up to $50 each. MAID SERVICE: No housekeeping services are provided. A mid-stay cleaning may be requested with advance notice for a fee. SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in any unit including the lanai. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES. Minimum check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkouts may incur an additional charge. Extended stay by authorization of the Property Manager only. Extended stay up to 3:00 PM is subject to half-night surcharge; extended stay later than 3:00 PM is subject to a full-night surcharge. Note: If, due to an unforeseen emergency (such as where the safety of guests might be at risk) or other unusual event, we are unable to accommodate you in the particular unit you have requested we will make every attempt to furnish you with another unit in a comparable size and/or style. The Property Manager reserves the right to enter a unit to address important maintenance issues, inspections, safety matters, or any other concerns. As a courtesy, we will provide advance notice and make every attempt to accommodate guests’ schedules in order to prevent or minimize any disruptions. In the event that the Property Manager is unable to make the rental property available for any reason, guest agrees that the Property Manager ’s sole liability as a result of such unavailability is to provide a full refund of all monies paid under this Agreement, and guest expressly acknowledges that in no event shall the Property Manager be liable for any special or consequential damages which may result from such unavailability.

Sunshine every day! We had an ideal vacation.Sunshine everyday,83’F. every afternoon . The condo is very relaxing,with all the amenities needed for Hawaii life. The condo is large & bright with a very large lani on the corner for relaxing & entertaining. Goats wondering the golf course provided light entertainment. The bathrooms are showing some age, but we could return anytime.

Great Rental Property! We had a wonderful, comfortable stay @ Shores 336. The unit feels much larger than the pictures lead on, and is in a perfect, quiet location. Wonderful to watch the sun come up over Mauna Kea from your bedroom. Walk to shops, A Bay & the Hilton. With the exception of a non-working BBQ & a few burnt out light bulbs, it is in nice condition for a rental. We would love to stay here again in the future. Currently the dials on the barbeque are not functioning and it has to be manually lit below. We have set up instructions on this and provided a good, working lighter. Aloha.

Wonderful Waikoloa visit We had a wonderful stay at Waikoloa. Or accommodations were just fine for a 16 day stay. We enjoyed the large lanai and the bbq on it.

Waikoloa Shores 336 This is our third stay at Shores 336 and that should say it all but I want to give a shout out to Peggy at Waikoloa Realty. She is very responsive at all times especially when you lock yourself out on a Sunday. <br/>PS. She can set you up with very reasonable rates at either of the two golf courses on the property.

Great. location! Very well kept and appointed condo. Quiet area on top floor, in central Waikoloa<br/>Beach Resort. A must if you are a golfer as unit comes with Gold membership<br/>privileges. Peggy and Tom are great hosts!

Waikaloa / The Shores This property is great! Beautiful views of the mountains and ocean. Very clean and comfortable. Pool temperature is perfect and it was nice to have a gym. Walk to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location, fabulous lanai, great views Relaxing stay in excellent location. Condo well equipped and well-maintained. Great for a couple. There is a guest bedroom but small and we used for storing golf clubs. Beach chairs, boogie boards provided. Full size BBQ a plus for these units. Only disappointment was the washing machine that would take only really small load and we had brought very few clothes.

Comfortable and well located This was our second stay here and it was just as good as the first. Great location, wonderful morning sunrise over the mountains, easy shopping, nice walk to the beach. We do a lot of cooking and they have a well equipped kitchen. The pool is close but not in your face. The grounds are beautiful. We&#x2019;ll be back b.

Lovely, but windy! This condo was very well equipped and comfortable. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. The kitchen was also very well equipped with dishes etc. and the fridge&#x2019;s ice machine worked well! There were spices, vinegars, oils etc in the cupboards. It seems that items left from previous renters were left for the next people which was very nice. The appliances and counter tops had been redone and were all very good. The only complaint we had in regards to the kitchen was that there was not a decent frying pan. The bathrooms were the originals and although they were dated they were clean, well equipped, had nice towels, and very functional. From the condo, it was just a short (about five to eight minute) walk to A Bay beach, King/Queen Marketplace or the Hilton&#x2019;s dolphin quest. The lanai was fantastic! It was a large L shaped lanai with a table with 4 chairs, as well as loungers and a BBQ and sink. The lanai looks out on the golf course and also has views of Mauna Kea and the ocean (and the parking lot) and is very private. Unfortunately much of our visit was during a period of nasty trade winds and it was not enjoyable to sit out there. The complex&#x2019;s pool was well maintained and close by. At the pool there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The bathrooms at the pool were kept very clean. The condo was clean, although the bedroom and living room carpet was spotted and in need of a steam clean. Peggy, the property manager was excellent and the documentation she provided and timely responses to our questions were excellent.

The Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort We have rented this condo for several years in a row.<br/>Peggy the property manager is great. She responds quickly to our emails, sends detailed information ahead of time, and fixes issues as soon as they arise. <br/>The condo is very well located. It is close to the beach (twelve minutes walk) and to the stores (fifteen minutes walk). The fish ponds are less than 5 minutes away.<br/>Its location is terrific. A quiet corner unit that is very private.<br/>The interior is a little dated but the bed is very comfortable (although i wouldn't mind if there was one or two softer pillows). The lanai is very large with a table that could easily sit 6 people and still lots of space left for two lounge chairs (again, the cushions are quite old and are a little hard too - a very minor complaint) and a BBQ -which is great for grilling fishes but might be a little on the weak side for meat.<br/>Overall a very good place that we have never hesitated recommending to our friends.

Great place to stay! We stayed in this condo for the month of October and had a wonderful time. We would have liked to have stayed here longer but it was already booked so we had to move to another one. This condo is nicely decorated and well maintained. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils that you need to do your own cooking as it very expensive to eat out in Hawaii. I especially appreciated the extra spices they supplied. The beds were nice and comfortable although rather hard but that's how we like them. The mountain and golf course views were wonderful. The lanai furniture was nice and comfortable and the condo is situated so you can enjoy the lanai all day. My only complaint is the washer held only small loads and when you are washing towels and bedding it takes all day! We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed our stay.

This charming Shores condo lies in a private top-floor setting overlooking the Beach Golf Course.. One of the most peaceful locations at the Shores, unit 336 lies in a private upper-floor spot overlooking a broad golf course terrain highlighted by looming mountain slopes. This cozy unit has been fashioned with a distinctly Hawaiian decor theme with plenty of personal touches to make for a welcoming atmosphere. It has tons of light, a white sofa and plush white carpeting to give it a spacious, cool and airy quality.

Cooking and meal-preparation are a pleasure using the new stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and counters, and you will find this kitchen to be remarkably well-stocked with every type of dish and utensil you will ever need. The formal dining area seats up to six people and there are a variety of place settings available for elegant dining.

Beds are good quality and very comfortable as are all the bed linens. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the guest bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. There is lanai access through the master bedroom. Shores 336 has a lot of good books, some DVDs and a few games, along with new TVs in the living room and master.

This unit has a large, sunny lanai that includes an upgraded wet bar, dining table, lounge chairs, and a barbeque grill. The condo is situated closer to the property entrance which makes nearby attractions easy to walk to, including the Tropics restaurant less than half a block from the complex as well as the Hilton. There is plenty of open parking right outside the building.
