A Home away from Home...but ion Hawaii! The house was perfectly appointed, cleaned and close to everything. The owners had left all the necessary beach supplies and the only thing we needed to purchase was food. The location was perfect, close to shops and and the beach.

Nice experience on Big Island The overall rating is very positive. Here are a couple of points I did not like.Non smoking policy for the house is clear but not for the total property. This has not been communicated correctly and smoking outside should be allowed. There are to many house rules f.e. Not using shoes inside.The noise of the air condition outside of the house is disturbing. Apart from these points the house very beautiful and we had a nice vacation. Sorry you didn't see the signs posted throughout the complex. As in any rentals, there are rules to follow. Our house rules and guidelines are not obtrusive at all. It is to ensure that our owners home is well taken care of. The A/C units are by the unattached garages, we have never had a problem with the noise. Fantastic Vacation! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! Adriana was so amazing and prompt with everything! The home is gorgeous and in a great location! It had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, linens, kitchen items, beach chairs, toys, towels, coolers, etc. This is our first experience using VRBO and we could not be happier! The Queen and King shops were within walking distance and had great shopping, movie theatre, and restaurants. A-Bay is a perfect place to watch the sunset, eat at Lava Lava restaurant, see turtles, and swimming for the family. The pool and BBQ are right across the driveway from the rental and they did not disappoint! We went to Kilauea, Fairmont Orchid Luau, Glass bottom boat out of A-Bay, snorkeled at Black sand beach 49, went to Hapuna Beach, swam with the Dolphins at the Hilton, and enjoyed ourselves immensely! Christmas stay in Waikoloa Beacdh Villas In a word - fantastic! Great condo. Excellent location (for shopping, groceries, beach, island outings). Quiet clean community. Fully equipped kitchen. All the necessary conveniences. When we arrived, we found the condo very well cleaned and prepared. Good value for price paid. We hope to return again sometime.

Our Hawaii Vacation We had a great time staying at this townhouse in the Waikoloa Villa Resort. This was our second time to the resort but our first time at this unit.<br/><br/>We love the resort, the pools, gym , surroundings, etc. The location of the resort is amazing with Queens Marketplace just across the street and the Kings Shops a block away. It is a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants and lots of walking areas.<br/><br/>We found the townhouse to be in perfect condition upon arrival. It was clean, well appointed and stocked with everyting we needed to vacation with 6 adults. Everyone has their own area to enjoy with two of the three bedrooms that have adjoining bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom has access to a 3 piece bathroom right beside. <br/><br/>The kitchen, dining and living area are great for relaxing and eating. The patio has a nice couple of lounge chairs, and a table that easily seats 6.<br/><br/>The townhouse overlooks the golf course. It is quiet and peaceful. We talked to a staff person that has worked in the resort for 6 years and he told us they have had zero problems with crime etc. So it is just a lovely, quiet and relaxing place to vacation.

Can&#x2019;t Wait To Go Back!!! I can&#x2019;t begin to describe just how nice this condo is. There were six of us and several times throughout the vacation we all commented that it felt like a private home-not a rental. It has every amenity you could think of and then some. The location is perfect-golfers will especially enjoy-it&#x2019;s right on a green. We would go out with drinks at night and have chipping contests (we all play) and watch the sun go down. Right across from the pool and the bbq area as well. Shopping close by. Beach is a 15 min walk. There was plenty of room for us to all move around without being on top of one another. Two patios with great shade on the lower one in the am. Such an awesome place to just relax and let it all go. It is easily the nicest &#x201C;rental&#x201D; we&#x2019;ve ever stayed in. A beautiful unit! We've stayed at Waikoloa Beach Villas before, but this unit is simply fantastic. It was so well appointed, with beautiful and plentiful dishes, towels and with things like paper towels, soaps and toilet paper (trust me, a lot of units are not!). You can tell the owners spent time and money decorating this unit and the furnishings are high quality. The views from the two lanais are perfect and I love the large lower lanai. We stayed with our two teenage kids and our parents and never did we feel as though we were in each other's space. Sask6 We thoroughly enjoyed our rental property. All the amenities were very appreciated. The kitchen was beyond our expectations of a rental. It was stocked with every appliance!! The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable for our party of 6. We enjoyed the cards and games available on the rainy days. Overall 5 star condo and recommend staying here and using Adriana from Luva rentals

Lovely Leilani at Waikoloa We have stayed at various properties all over the world and I have to say that this was one of my favorites. From the beginning the LUVA agent was punctual and courteous with all of the necessary communications. They even provided helpful additional information like a map and what to pack list.The property was exactly as it showed in the photos. It was very clean and well maintained and the location was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and beach accessories. I am already planning to stay there again next time I visit the Big Island.

Waikoloa Condo The condo property was lovely with very nice landscaping. The home was well-equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, laundry, and even had boogie boards and Tommy Bahama beach chairs, right on the golf course. Very comfortable 3 bedroom/3bath home with TVs in each bedroom, and beautiful art everywhere. Adriana (manager) was very helpful and accommodating.
