One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort

Parking is free.

Payments & Deposit - applicable to Owner's portion of the total only

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing.
Visa, Master Card, Amex, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 USD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
