The games room has a snooker table, air hockey, Foosball, table tennis, and darts board. The extended 30' pool deck and spa backing onto a conservation area with amazing wildlife. A perfect retreat after busy days in the parks or malls. Have a seat poolside with a cocktail or a beer watching the sun go down. Our villa is located about half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses. Easy access to the main highways means that you have numerous shops and restaurants within minutes' reach, all of which make Watersong one of Orlando’s most sought-after rental communities. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of $500.00 per week booked.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due immediately.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 220.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
