Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card there is a 3.85 percent set-up fee. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 500 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 70 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 450 USD is due 56 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults at not accepted. Long term rentals are subject to a larger deposit.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Maximum of 6 Adults and 4-6 children or 6 Adults, 2 teens and 4 children under 12yrs old.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure:
Fee of 194.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 21 nights in duration.
Fee of 294.00 USD for stays that are 22 to 42 nights in duration.
Fee of 455.00 USD for stays of 43 or more nights.
Guest is asked to start the dishwasher & first load of towels. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

Cleaning during your stay can be arranged if required.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 38.00 per night based on 1 night, minimum 5 nights. A guest must request this optional service.
Parking
Parking for 2 cars is provided on the home driveway free. HOA ruling enforces no parking on the street or grass, vehicles parked in this way will be TOWED AWAY. Signs are clearly visible throughout the resort advising of this.
