The covered deck off living room enabling lots of outdoor time even if the little ones are having some downtime. The four waterfront coves are spectacular covering 256 feet with the ability to be private within your group of people. The 70 ft dock (built in 2006) is in the first cove with optional sea doo lift. The included boat tie up buoy is located just out from the dock. This cove also has a barbecue with beachfront and an elevated sandy area with lounge chairs and a fridge. The second cove has a deck with beachfront. The rock outcropping in this cove is a great place to sit in the day or night and watch the sunsets, boats go by or just enjoy the peaceful setting. The third cove has a bar and a picnic table with beach frontage. A wonderful place to sit in the lawn chair in the morning hours and enjoy the warmth of the sun. The fourth cove is accessible by water with a firepit and lots of sand. Very private and serene. All coves are great for swimming from and enjoying the warmth of the Okanagan heat. Although it is not a huge house, but we found it has a lot of space with 9 people around. The house is located in a small, gated community, which makes us feel pretty safe. My neighbors are pretty quite, no loud music, we all can have a good sleep. Although this house is not water front property, but it only took 2 to 3 minutes to the beach.
