The village of Maiori is set at the foot of the mountains and can be considerate the widest village of the Amalfi Coast with its 1 km of sandy beach that offers healthy walks smelling the perfume of the Mediterranean sea. It can be also considerate one of the pearl of the Amalfi Coast thanks to a special mix of sea and lemon groves sloping down to the sea but it is not as touristy as the other places of the coast offering, however, a proper vibrant life especially in the night. It is such a uniquely stunning town that many world-famous Italian films have been shot here , among all the famous Italian film director Roberto Rosellini shot four of his early films in this elegant seaside hamlet. The attic is situated on the top floor of the building (with elevator) and enjoys a comfortable access from the alley taking to the seaside promenade. The interior has been recently restored with modern furniture in the white and blue colors and brilliant majolica tiles. All modern comforts such as wi-fi internet access, air conditioning and satellite Tv complete this welcoming accommodation. Staying at the studio, a car is not necessary, local bus stop, taxi station and ferries are situated at less than 5 minutes easy walking.     Casa is an independent apartment located on the third and top floor of an ancient palace ( there is no elevator ) dating back to the 12th century, whose entrance is located in an old and tiny square right in the heart of the historical centre of Amalfi, only 50 meters away from the sea and the beach. Access to the apartment is up an internal flight of stairs , 74 steps long (two minutes walk) . The privilege of this apartment is that it enjoys a wonderfully convenient and central location , as well as being very quiet and peaceful. Fine food shops and a variety of coffee bars and restaurants are just outside the door. Within a few minutes walk away are most of Amalfi’s main attractions , as well as the sea side promenade , the tourist port to board ferries to reach Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Ischia, Naples, Salerno , and the bus station for the SITA buses that connect all the villages along the Amalfi coast. The accommodation is fully air conditioned and has the open-plan living/dining room/kitchen and a complete bathroom at the entrance level, whereas on the upper floor you will have the two bedrooms and a second bathroom with only a sink and a toilet. The rooms on this level have sloping ceilings with the maximum height of 2.30 meters at its highest point and of 70 centimeters at its lowest point.
