A truly tranquil place to relax. An adjoining dining area with table and chairs seats six and has its own door which opens onto the covered lanai area of the pool deck. The great American kitchen with breakfast bar and stools has everything you could wish for: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, full cooker and microwave. All cutlery and crockery are provided, plus a set of outdoor crockery for use around the pool. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer, with the iron and ironing board. So you can travel lightly. The en-suite master bedroom, with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck, has a king-size bed, dressing table, two bedside cabinets with lamps, flat screen cable HD TV and a music system. Double doors lead you into:- The private en-suite bathroom with large Roman-style oval bath tub, walk-in shower, his and her basins, hair dryer and walk-in wardrobe. The fantastic fully-screened pool with raised deck, pool seat and inground jacuzzi/spa has unique fiber optic lighting and overlooks the peaceful lake where wildlife can often be seen. It is a marvelous way to relax after a hectic day in the theme parks or after a round of golf. The inground jacuzzi/spa also overlooks the lake, has fiber optic lighting and is both fully automated and heated - just turn on the timer switch and relax in the warmth of the heated spa. The surrounding "cool" deck includes a shower and the shaded lanai has a ceiling fan with light giving comfort to outdoor eating. All the pool furniture is "top of the range" luxury and includes a table, four padded relaxer chairs with footstools and four padded chaise loungers. Pool towels are provided. A FANTASTIC PLACE TO WATCH THE FLORIDIAN SUNSETS. For golfers, Orange Lake and Champions Gate have world-class courses and are within minutes drive.

This is a spacious lake front home located in an upscale gated community. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. There is a private screened pool and a game room. There is free password protected WiFi. It is conveniently located just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and all other major attractions. There are many restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. There is a fishing dock and children's playground within the community.

The villa is situated in a tranquil lakeside residential area, called for the exquisite view of a large unspoiled lake from the pool area where you can relax in the ample patio area while being protected from insects by the pool screen, take a refreshing swim in our wonderful heated south facing pool, sunbath on the sun loungers provided in temperatures that reach 70°F most of the year round or just pamper yourself in the invigorating spa. The villa has an assortment of board games and pool toys. Free high spreed internet with WiFi. All Disney parks are only a 30 minute drive from the property.

Our home is situated on a small lake with a natural preserve behind that. We have a over sized pool which I have not seen any close to its size down here. The back of the house will have you wanting to spend all your time there and you may decide to skip the parks entirely. We also offer a Large Plasma TV in the family room and a LCD TV in each of the bedrooms. A computer with Internet access and free phone calls to the USA and Canada give you all the amenities of your own home. The size of the home is ideal for 2 or 3 families (sleeps 12) and has vaulted ceilings throughout for added spaciousness. The family room has a 27 inch TV, VCR and cable. The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There are TVs in 2 of the other bedrooms. You can enter the pool area from the master suite, family room and full bath. The pool has a Jacuzzi which cascades into an oversized and illuminated pool which is 18 x 38 feet. A gas BBQ grill is located off of the lanai. There is a security alarm for the patio doors to the pool.

Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of this home. Premium cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi Internet access and free domestic calling are included. Our professional management company is on-call 24/7 on emergency. On the first floor you'll find family room with comfortable seating and a large cable TV, DVD, and CD stereo system all with surround sound; a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, laundry room with washer and dryer, half bathroom, a queen bedroom and a huge king master suite overlooking the pool area. On the second floor there are three additional king suites, two twin bedrooms and the 5th bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD's. Outside is a huge southwestern facing deck and covered lanai with in-ground pool and spa with a beautiful view of the lake. This is generously equipped with outdoor furniture, including loungers and a table with seating. The pool is heated on demand and has an underwater light. It also has a child safety fence. The villa is sited in a gated resort community. Security guards are on duty 24/7. It is conveniently situated near a great selection of restaurants and recreational activities. The resort amenities include a walk-in swimming pool with spa, movie theater, playground, fitness room, meeting room, mini-golf, tennis, basket ball, and beach volleyball along with a clubhouse. Wednesday is movie night. Complimentary coffee and tea are served in the club-house. The club is well managed. Many our guests found it is a good place to relax, know new friends, and have fun. The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, and around 1-hour to either the east or the west coastlines. Unit is about 20 minutes drive from Sea World. 25 minutes drive from Universal. The unit is non-smoking and unfortunately we do not allow pets.
