Our home is situated on a small lake with a natural preserve behind that. We have a over sized pool which I have not seen any close to its size down here. The back of the house will have you wanting to spend all your time there and you may decide to skip the parks entirely. We also offer a Large Plasma TV in the family room and a LCD TV in each of the bedrooms. A computer with Internet access and free phone calls to the USA and Canada give you all the amenities of your own home. The size of the home is ideal for 2 or 3 families (sleeps 12) and has vaulted ceilings throughout for added spaciousness. The family room has a 27 inch TV, VCR and cable. The adjoining kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There are TVs in 2 of the other bedrooms. You can enter the pool area from the master suite, family room and full bath. The pool has a Jacuzzi which cascades into an oversized and illuminated pool which is 18 x 38 feet. A gas BBQ grill is located off of the lanai. There is a security alarm for the patio doors to the pool.

There are many restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. There is a fishing dock and children's playground within the community.

Welcome to our vacation home. This lovely villa is a bright and spacious vacation home with over 3000 sq/ft and 4 master suites. All the master suites have their own private bathrooms. Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of this home. Premium cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi Internet access and free domestic calling are included. Our professional management company is on-call 24/7 on emergency. On the first floor you'll find family room with comfortable seating and a large cable TV, DVD, and CD stereo system all with surround sound; a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, laundry room with washer and dryer, half bathroom, a queen bedroom and a huge king master suite overlooking the pool area. On the second floor there are three additional king suites, two twin bedrooms and the 5th bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD's. Outside is a huge southwestern facing deck and covered lanai with in-ground pool and spa with a beautiful view of the lake. This is generously equipped with outdoor furniture, including loungers and a table with seating. The pool is heated on demand and has an underwater light. It also has a child safety fence. The villa is sited in a gated resort community. Security guards are on duty 24/7. It is conveniently situated near a great selection of restaurants and recreational activities. The resort amenities include a walk-in swimming pool with spa, movie theater, playground, fitness room, meeting room, mini-golf, tennis, basket ball, and beach volleyball along with a clubhouse. Wednesday is movie night. Complimentary coffee and tea are served in the club-house. The club is well managed. Many our guests found it is a good place to relax, know new friends, and have fun. The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, and around 1-hour to either the east or the west coastlines. Our villa has all the features you would expect to find at the high end of the market. It has an oversized, private pool area overlooking the main lake (with new loungers and patio furniture). We have a beautiful view directly on the lake and we are not overlooked (no fences, houses or neighbors behind you !). Fish from your backyard – equipment provided. The villa has two living and dining areas, four bedrooms, including a king and queen bedroom with new furniture and ensuites, a twin and Disney kids bedroom (with games consule and games), and an additional queen sleeper in one of the sitting rooms. Our villa has a panoramic view across the lake of the conservation woodland. You will see many types of birds, and many other types of wildlife. The lake is well stocked with fish. On the opposite side of the lake there is a lakeside beach, volleyball and basketball courts, barbecue/picnic area and children’s play area, gazebo and fishing pier. There is a nature trail around the lake. The clubhouse facilities include a fitness centre, tennis court, cafe, Internet access, electronic games, pool tables, communal swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The inground jacuzzi/spa also overlooks the lake, has fiber optic lighting and is both fully automated and heated - just turn on the timer switch and relax in the warmth of the heated spa. The surrounding "cool" deck includes a shower and the shaded lanai has a ceiling fan with light giving comfort to outdoor eating. All the pool furniture is "top of the range" luxury and includes a table, four padded relaxer chairs with footstools and four padded chaise loungers. Pool towels are provided.
