Our luxury home is located on Sunset Lakes in sunny Florida, just 4 miles from Disney world - an easy 10 minute drive. With many added touches and upgrades our home will feel like your home during your stay. Children will love sleeping in their Scooby Doo themed bedroom while the four bathrooms ensure that nobody ever has to wait! Outside the private family swimming pool overlooks a beautiful lake and comes with a separate luxury spa/hot tub - a perfect way to relax in after a hard day at the theme parks. The shaded lanai provides perfect respite from the Florida sun - and with plenty of patio furniture is the perfect place for a barbeque al fresco. The main living area of the villa is tiled in a cool white, and all bedrooms are fully carpeted. The living room ceiling is vaulted and the kitchen and dining room are open plan and spacious. Unit is about 20 minutes drive from Sea World. 25 minutes drive from Universal. The unit is non-smoking and unfortunately we do not allow pets.

A truly tranquil place to relax. An adjoining dining area with table and chairs seats six and has its own door which opens onto the covered lanai area of the pool deck. The great American kitchen with breakfast bar and stools has everything you could wish for: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, full cooker and microwave. All cutlery and crockery are provided, plus a set of outdoor crockery for use around the pool. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer, with the iron and ironing board. So you can travel lightly. The en-suite master bedroom, with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck, has a king-size bed, dressing table, two bedside cabinets with lamps, flat screen cable HD TV and a music system. The fantastic fully-screened pool with raised deck, pool seat and inground jacuzzi/spa has unique fiber optic lighting and overlooks the peaceful lake where wildlife can often be seen. It is a marvelous way to relax after a hectic day in the theme parks or after a round of golf. The inground jacuzzi/spa also overlooks the lake, has fiber optic lighting and is both fully automated and heated - just turn on the timer switch and relax in the warmth of the heated spa. The surrounding "cool" deck includes a shower and the shaded lanai has a ceiling fan with light giving comfort to outdoor eating. All the pool furniture is "top of the range" luxury and includes a table, four padded relaxer chairs with footstools and four padded chaise loungers. Pool towels are provided. A FANTASTIC PLACE TO WATCH THE FLORIDIAN SUNSETS. For golfers, Orange Lake is the perfect choice, having world-class courses less than five minutes drive away and Champions Gate is about fifteen minutes.

This is a spacious lake front home located in an upscale gated community. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. There is a private screened pool and a game room. There is free password protected WiFi. It is conveniently located just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and all other major attractions. There are many restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. There is a fishing dock and children's playground within the community.
