Located in the heart of West Kelowna’s Westbank neighbourhood, the home is part of a lovely area and on a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a fantastic central location to enjoy all the Okanagan has to offer. Just a few minutes drive from an abundance of local beaches, restaurants and shopping, plus you are only 15 minutes (traffic permitting) from Downtown Kelowna.

Also nearby are many of Kelowna’s exciting activities, including adventure parks, helicopter tours, and of course, world-famous wineries. Follow the Westside Wine Trail and visit Mt. Boucherie, Volcanic Hills, Mission Hill and Quail’s Gate, or take a day trip to visit Summerland, Naramata or even Oliver wineries.

Take pleasure in high end finishings including a large kitchen, featuring stone counters, tons of cooking space and washer/dryer, will provide a large cooking space for all your gourmet adventures.

Sleeping up to 6, the master bedroom features a queen bed, plush carpeting and extra-large window. A double bed, plush carpeting and tons of natural light complement the second bedroom. The lavish main bath offers a gorgeous walk-in shower, tons of counter space, in-floor heating and luxurious bath linens. An air bed is also available for the living room.

Enjoy comfortable, deep seating and a gas fireplace in the living room and central air throughout the entire suite. Outside, delight in quiet breakfasts or gourmet el fresco meal on the serene patio with peekaboo lake views. The owners, a quiet, but personable German couple who live upstairs, have gone to great lengths to provide the suite with not only every amenity, but also great soundproofing and privacy.

There is plenty of parking to accommodate 1-2 vehicles and most toys you may bring along.

Please understand that the home is newly renovated and we are still working on the yard, so it may be messy at times with construction/landscaping supplies.
